Location was excellent. It was a cheap but cheerful stay.
My only criticism was the teaspoons were dirty and water still in the kettle. Everything else was great.
Room was very clean and comfortable, staff (and other customers actually) very friendly.
Music in a Saturday night pub while staying in a room in above floor obviously not great but it was expected. (Whether I'm staying above a pub or drinking in any pub itself it always irritates me that every so often the music gets turned up ever louder!). I would stay here again if I was able to avoid Saturday (and presumably Friday) nights.
Great location will use again
Everything was fine thanks
Nothing
Everything, the room was mouldy, I checked out 30 minutes after checking in and stayed elsewhere
Absolutely Awful and booking.com should be ashamed to feature this property
Nothing, it was a genuinely horrible experience.
The child sized beds. The black mould in the shower and marks and stains on the doors and walls. The music and karaoke in the downstairs bar that was so loud I could not hear the shower over it whilst in the shower that went on last midnight each night. The lack of any checkout information given to me by the staff.
Great location for the gig, very clean room and shower.. Can't fault that or the gentleman that showed us to our room..
My only gripe, was quite cold in the night.. Don't think our radiator came on at all.. Other than that it was a great stay...
Pretty basic but comfortable. The pub is nice with a few locals, the room was clean and the bed really comfy. Good value for money and a great location for the nearby arena and the darts. No issues with noise aside from some morning traffic.
Location
The windows had mould. There was a fridge in the hallway.
The staff went the extra mile to help.
The bed was pretty good compared to some.
We were left to our own devices with good internet.
Parking was not clear and upset neighbours.
The stairs were steep.
The pub was very noisy.
Gentleman who checked in helpful
The noise. Noisy bar downstairs which had to go in to get key and also noise carried up to the bedroom. So impossible to get to sleep til it closed.
I didn't factor in when I booked it was a Saturday night in town centre
Very central location
Above a pub so it’s really loud
