Lovely place that I've stayed at many times. The grounds are amazing and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.
The Jacuzzi and Steam Room were not working when I tried them. Hopefully they were under maintenance.

We stayed in this hotel twice — on our way to and from the Galapagos.
Both stays were great. We loved the complimentary airport pickup and airport dropoff, we used the gym on both occasions and the pool area. The animals on the property are adorable!!! Baby llama, baby ducklings and two cuddly cats.
Also their breakfast buffet was the best we had in the entire 3 week vacation. Their restaurant serves delicious food as well. We loved the shrimp pasta.
On our second stay, we booked a 60-min massage per person and I can only recommend this before a 10-hour flight.
Lastly, we left our hiking and cold weather stuff there for two weeks which really helped with our baggage weight management in the Galapagos transfers. This was super appreciated!
- The big pool is only open at the weekend. We planned swim training which was not convenient in the small pool in the spa area.
- A fridge in the room would have been appreciated.

Pedí ayuda por lo del termostato. La noche anterior no pude dormir x el calor. Me ofrecieron un ventilador que lo llevaron después de horas. Ya estábamos dormidos.
Es un hotel de 10. Desde la propia finca, los animalitos que puedes ver, las habitaciones (limpia, cómoda, con un baño genial y super agradable), el desayuno fue fantástico y la cena de las mejores comidas que hemos tomado en Ecuador.
Me quedaría aquí una y mil veces más, un espacio para relajarse y estar en paz y feliz.

Location, grounds & staff
A lovely stay in a restored historic hacienda. We enjoyed this first introduction to Ecuador, coming from the airport in transit to the Galapagos. The grounds especially are a delight, filled with local bird life and wandering llamas. The food was delicious and staff welcoming and attentive. Our room was simple, very clean, and open to the garden with a window view. Pretty pool area and a playground. A good variety in the breakfast buffet and wonderful courtyard seating. The facility is impressive, with restored hacienda public rooms and courtyards. Appreciated the airport shuttle service.
We stayed only one night but had a lovely time.
1. We adored the llamas and alpacas (there was a 6-day old baby llama during our stay).
2. The gym is nicely equipped.
3. Breakfast buffet has been so far the best here in Ecuador.
4. Free airport transfer is a gem.
5. We were traveling to the Galapagos for 2 weeks so we stored all our warm-weather hiking clothes at the hotel where we are staying again before our flight home. This really saved us a lot of luggage space and weight for the more restrictive Galapagos flights.
The pool with the roof was very nice, and the garden with the animals was also fun to walk through
The rest of the property looked a bit “neglected” cause there were a lot of branches and stuff all over. Off course with all the trees and winds it is probably not easy to keep maintained. But if you would try to use facilities like the tennis court that would be impossible.
The planes fly directly over the property, you can see them very close when you lay by the pool. That makes a lot of noice during the day. But have to honest I did not hear anything during the night (I sleep with ear plugs)
In the restaurant they had to check if what I ordered (from the menu) was available in the kitchen, and had to ask for the fresh salad although in the menu it stated that it was concluded.
They promote their pizza during non dinner times (in the room is a pamflet) but when I called the had to check again if there was pizza available. Only one kind. It was a tiny pizza , not worth the prize at all.
Los servicios del restaurant principal siempre de altísima altura en atención y calidad del menú.
Humo de noche en las habitaciones que viene del area de restaurante. Zonas húmedas especialmente la piscina la encontramos muy sucias 3:00 pm. La actitud de la gente de front desk puede mejorar muchísimo se siente que te estuvieran haciendo un favor para todo.
O hotel é muito bom.
Não achei tão próximo do aeroporto. Mas fornecem translado gratuito para aeroporto.

Garden is super cool to just chill
We booked a room here to get some rest during a 10-hour layover in Quito. We arrived around 1530 and left for the airport again at 2200. When the staff realized we had a short time to rest, they whisked us to our room in a cart. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. We used the hotel's hot tub and had a lovely dinner. We walked around the gardens and visited the alpacas. This is a lovely hotel with beautiful gardens in a park-like, peaceful setting. I would gladly stay here again and hopefully have more time to actually sleep.
We weren't at the hotel long enough to find anything we didn't like. Everything was lovely.

Everything - size of the room, facilities, staff, the wonderful park land around, wellness and spa center, the restaurant, airport transfer, and the privilege of having humming birds behind your hotel room. Incredible.
Fantastic place to base yourself to explore Quito and stay near the airport without being at the airport. Best choice by far.
One thing only - the morning coffee. I am not the first to mention it but in a hotel of this calibre and in a country of Ecuador, the morning coffee was abysmal. It was in shocking contrast to everything else that was really great.
