Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Very good breakfast, lots of choice and good service. Excellent location for the airport. Free airport taxi was a real bonus. Very well run hotel.

Cons:

There was a large party in the restaurant so service was very slow.

An excellent stay
Pros:

This lovely hotel with its beautiful interior, and llamas and wildlife wandering the grounds has been my go to place to stay on 3 occasions now. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially in the dining area, and Eric on reception organised a great trip to the Middle of the World for me.
The free airport pick up/drop off service is efficient and well organised.
Would always choose this place when in Quito.

Absolutely the best place to start and end a trip to Ecuador
Pros:

15 minutes from the airport.Very professionally managed. Very comfortable rooms. Good menu. Beautiful grounds with huge trees and lovely flower beds.

Great layover location near Quito Airport
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, we couldn't stay to enjoy it due to an early flight unfortunately!

Cons:

The (free!) shuttle to the airport was once on the hour every hour, so just bare that in mind when planning for flights.

Th facilities were great; everyone was super friendly; and the airport shuttle was a lifesaver!

Cons:

The noise from the airplanes passing is very loud, but there’s nothing they can do about that, just bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper :)

Wonderful property, grounds and staff...thank you!!
Pros:

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Food was very good and the staff was always friendly and helpful. But the thing I enjoyed most was the lovely grounds with llamas and many bird species. Hummingbird feeders would be a great addition!

We really enjoyed our stay! It would be lovely if there was a pool open to guests.

Do not miss staying at this location while in the Quito area!
Pros:

The staff were professional and anticipated our needs, the grounds are beautiful and the llamas added a special touch. We ate twice at the restaurant and the food was delicious. We had to leave to catch a flight at 6 am and without requesting the front office provided us a wonderful sack breakfast. We appreciated all their special touches! We will definitely come back and stay at this property again!

Cons:

The fire in the dining area needs to be started before guest arrive for dinner. It added ambiance but also warmth. Both times we ate there this did not happen until closer to 7:20 - Dinner starts at 6:30. For us and other guests, a later dinner was not an option as we had a full and busy day and wanted to retire earlier. I also understand that this "summer" had been rainier and colder than usual.
