Grounds surrounding the hotel, airport pick up service. The best staff in any hotel, every single person was exceptional.

Beautiful grounds, convenient location for airport. Free breakfast and airport shuttles made this a great value. Comfortable rooms, beds. Delicious food in the restaurant.
Front desk staff was not helpful. Very short and dismissive. Did nothing to welcome us or inform us about the amenities available. Restaurant hours were very limited.

A sauna não estava funcionando direito. Fica a uns 20 minutos do aeroporto. Mas tem transfer.

Restaurant food is a little overpriced. There is also nowhere else to go so you are stuck.

The location was good, close enough to the airport, but not next to it. The open area is very relaxing with a big green area with lamas, alpacas and peacocks walking around. It is relaxing to walk there.
The gym is OK, the food for breakfast and dinner quite good. Staff has been generally available and kind.
The room we stayed in was comfortable and rather big. There were what you would expect.
We stayed there twice, when we arrived to the Country to go to the Galapagos islands and the same when we came back from it to go back home.
Whilst the first time everything ran smoothly, when we came back, despite the fact I informed them of my exact time of arrival and flight number well in advance, the courtesy shuttle was not organised and we had to wait for more than an hour for one after contacting again the hotel.
No apologies or explanations were offered.
The following day again there was some delay to organise the transfer to the airport.
It's a pity as the hotel and the staff would otherwise deserve a better rating.
Se trata de un hotel tipo hacienda con muchos metros cuadrados cerca del aeropuerto perfecto para descansar antes de coger el avión. Dentro del hotel tiene para hacer muchas actividades espacio tranquilo tiene traslado al aeropuerto cubierto y el desayuno muy completo.
L'endroit est magnifique. Le personnel accueillant. Le petit déjeuner copieux offrant une multitude de choix pour tous les goûts
L'hôtel est sur une route un peu à l'écart. Ce peut être un avantage car il n'y a pas trop de circulation
Mais aussi loin des magasins ou restaurants les plus proches. Compter 20 à 25 minutes de marche si vous n'êtes pas motorisé
