The owners were extremely friendly and helpful and were always checking if they could do anything to help us.
The room was big enough for us and very quiet at night. We were given a choice of rooms which we appreciated.
Bed was very comfy. I have a bad back and struggle to sleep but I slept well at the Clifton.
We were able to stock up on tea bags, milk etc as required which was great.
Very close to the tower, great location.
I booked parking which was nearby and gave me peace of mind.

Lovely place to stay, great location able to walk to town centre in only a few minutes.
Place was very clean, staff were very helpful. Place is modern and we will definitely be staying again next year.
The best B&B we have stayed at hands down - hardworking owners who could not do enough for us. Even getting me a birthday card, giving me a little birthday drink on the house and making the effort to remember my son's name and speak to him each morning at breakfast. Rooms were clean as a whistle, could not fault a single thing. Breakfast was superb, and we very much enjoyed having a drink and a crack with Mark in the bar of an evening. We will be back, thank you so much Sue and Mark!

This hotel is brilliant Sue and Mark are doing an amazing job at running this hotel. The location was great for us being so close to the tower and all the attractions. We were in a family group with two rooms both were absolutely spotless with plenty of room and comfy beds. The breakfast was great value for money and really tasty and the breakfast room is lovely. The bar in the evening was brilliant for us all drinks reasonably priced and little activities and games for the kids to be entertained while we had a glass of wine after a busy day. We will 1000% book again at this hotel when we next visit Blackpool. It was my mother in laws 50th birthday and Sue and Mark really went above and beyond to make it special and we had a brilliant weekend.
Breakfast was excellent and worth the price paid.

Perfect location to everything
Amazing place, they are so welcoming and friendly. My 3 year old wanted to tell them all about her day and they had all the time in the world to listen to her, perfect hosts.
There were no downsides to the hotel.
