Clean and comfy rooms

This hotel is brilliant Sue and Mark are doing an amazing job at running this hotel. The location was great for us being so close to the tower and all the attractions. We were in a family group with two rooms both were absolutely spotless with plenty of room and comfy beds. The breakfast was great value for money and really tasty and the breakfast room is lovely. The bar in the evening was brilliant for us all drinks reasonably priced and little activities and games for the kids to be entertained while we had a glass of wine after a busy day. We will 1000% book again at this hotel when we next visit Blackpool. It was my mother in laws 50th birthday and Sue and Mark really went above and beyond to make it special and we had a brilliant weekend.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome it was clean and central to everything

The best B&B we have stayed at hands down - hardworking owners who could not do enough for us. Even getting me a birthday card, giving me a little birthday drink on the house and making the effort to remember my son's name and speak to him each morning at breakfast. Rooms were clean as a whistle, could not fault a single thing. Breakfast was superb, and we very much enjoyed having a drink and a crack with Mark in the bar of an evening. We will be back, thank you so much Sue and Mark!

Lovely place to stay, great location able to walk to town centre in only a few minutes.
Place was very clean, staff were very helpful. Place is modern and we will definitely be staying again next year.

Amazing place, they are so welcoming and friendly. My 3 year old wanted to tell them all about her day and they had all the time in the world to listen to her, perfect hosts.

Brilliant location and super clean
Great location, friendly staff, comfy bed, clean and tidy rooms.
The host (Sue) was very welcoming, the rooms where clean & tidy we booked breakfast for the next morning, and we wasn't disappointed as the food was perfect. we do think that the breakfast should be included in the cost of the room.
We will definitely book again again.
