Absolutely brilliant
Pros:

Stay was absolutely brilliant. So helpful and great with young grandkids. Breakfast was great also.

Had a drink in the bar and was greatly priced. Would highly recommend

An excellent choice for access to all the sights.
Pros:

The hotel was in an excellent location for access to the Tower and trams. The room was small, but it had everything we needed, and was spotlessly clean. The hosts were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay here aagain.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was lovely and served fast.Staff were friendly and happy to help with most things. Not far from town, shops and amusements. Parking with hotel can be booked which saved a small fortune. Over all we had a great stay, just a couple of things which didnt make it perfect.

Cons:

The tv didnt work, the room was small. We booked a family room with 2 children. Not much room to move around in and put a travel cot up. Very small bathroom. Not much storage for clothing etc.Staff friendly apart from 1 person- Didnt seem to interact with anyone and when did, could be quite miserable.

Pleasant enough hotel, just found the rooms small for space wise. Hotel facilities was very limited, bar hours.
Pros:

Location was perfect, and was very clean and the beds was comfy

Cons:

Room was too hot and small for 3 people especially the bathroom, you couldn’t move.

Was perfect for what we needed, would retirn.

Location is perfect and the rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was also excellent.

Cons:

Can’t remember her name but the lady that seen to us when we arrived was very friendly and helpful, but the men that worked there not so much, lacking people skills and customer service especially at breakfast time.

Pros:

Excellent bed and breakfast, far better than most typical B&Bs found in Blackpool. Very clean, in fact, spotless. Sue and Craig were extremely friendly and welcoming. Distance from station, tower, and main attractions were less than 10 minutes of walk. Breakfast was very good.
