Just the best !!
Pros:

It offers everything you need. Probably the best breakfast in Blackpool. And many other B&B would struggle to match in the UK. It was that good and the third visit. So consistent. Owners are amazingly customer focused. Lovely and down to earth. They works very hard to give you a great experience

No negatives. Expectations met !!

Pros:

Clean, well serviced rooms. Ideal location for central Blackpool.

Cons:

We had a fabulous stay - with the owner being amazing. The only difficulty we had (which had nothing to do with the hotel itself) was the loudness of individuals staying at the hotel next door at 2am

Pros:

Staff very welcoming. Breakfast 10 out of 10 realy nice family run hotel would defo recommend it to my family and friends and it's only 5 mins walk to all the sttractions. Very clean bed so comfy. Can't wait to go back

Pros:

8 of us booked the Clifton Private Hotel last minute for pride weekend after our original hotel cancelled our booking with very little notice. The staff were warm & welcoming & we had a laugh in the bar on the Saturday before we headed out for the evening. Rooms & en-suite very clean. Comfortable bed & pillows. 2 of our party enjoyed a good value breakfast whilst the rest of us stayed in bed with hangovers! Thank you for accommodating us all last minute x

Excellent well kept hotel, everything is new
Pros:

Had original hotel cancelled the night before so we needed 4 double rooms quickly - this came up and we all booked and it was so clean, not long been refurbished, owners friendly and polite and breakfast was lovely, room had a double bed, small en suite, kettle and place for clothes, everything is fresh and no damage to furniture or walls, 10/10

Great location and perfect for short stays.
Pros:

Nice owners, rooms have everything you need. Very clean. Great location.

Cons:

Got woken up at 11pm by banging at our door, when I have a young daughter, to check if there was a leak coming from our shower in our room, which there wasn’t as hadn’t used it, this could have waited until the following morning.

Very clean and comfortable two night stay
Pros:

Very friendly owners they did everything they could to help including early check in. Our bathroom had a leak and they moved us rooms right away. Very clean and a Good location.

Cons:

The staff did enter our room when not there to empty bins etc but didnt mention this would happen. We locked valuables in the room and were not expecting anyone to go in. This may not be a big issue though, they maybe could have said and we would of asked them not to for us out of preference.
