Good parking Beautiful view of river and railway from our balcony.Food was good value for money in reasturant.Service superb as was breakfast and views wre lovely.
Finding the car park was fun but well worth it.Bridge from main road to hotel was an experience but neither was any fault of the hotel.....
Lovely location,spectacular scenery,warm and welcoming feeling to the Chainbridge Hotel.Helpful staff,meals and breakfast were very nice,room clean and tidy,tea,coffee and biscuits replenished while we stayed,room had a lovely view from the balcony,really made our visit a rememberable one,definitely booking again.
The entrance getting in to hotel and the parking but this was fine once we had parked up and settled in .
Fantastic views of River Dee from the hotel and our room. Great location to explore surrounding area. The room was very comfortable and recently refurbished. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast.
Only issue was that we stayed in the middle of a heatwave and the room was quite warm. There is no air conditioning but a fan helped.

We didn't have towels in a room and it took 2hr to have it.
The location is idyllic countryside at its finest
The rooms are a bit dated we stayed 2 nights second night we got moved to one of the rooms with the view which was much better

Adjoining room, no sound proofing so very tricky

Lovely outlook over the river
The evening meal was very disorganised to the point we did not gat our starter, the main main course arrived first, my wives meal did not arrive until I had nearly finished before it was cold.

The location is amazing . We stayed 3 nights at Easter and we were very lucky with the weather. We did walk to Llangollen ,the path next to the canal is lovely. We used the overflow parking above the hotel and lots of empty space. Breakfast was lovely ,nice cooked food and also good selection of cheese, fruit cereals. The view, sitting next to the window to the wild river . The staff was very nice and helpful. In the morning there was the surprise whistle of the steam train across from the train station. We loved it!
The only little thing ,the room was just a bit smaller than I thought and the single bed mattresses a little bit wobbly.

Hotel was beautiful, great location 30 min walk to Llangollen. Room 4 we stayed in and this was clean, modern and the balcony was huge looking over the river. Parking was easy but over a very narrow bridge plenty of space though and secure. Breakfast was great we had Full English and Conental which was very tasty. I would recommend the place. Thanks for a Great stay!

Location and the great walks there abouts
The breakfast could have been better, I ordered a fried egg and received a poached of which the young man insisted it was fried, I pritty much know the difference.
Also my wife received a poached egg that was not what it should be.
So breakfast wasn’t a great experience.
