The views were lovely
Very small room for the price...unable to get hot food on the Sunday night which still seems to be an issue..no hot breakfast as part of the price so after a long walk on the Sunday I didn't get any hot food until I left on the Monday apart from a small bowl of chips..a small bowl and chips and glass of diet coke £10:95..very high prices. The bed was hard...around the bottom of the shower not in great condition....price didn't reflect the standard..I think the price is based on the location..you could find nicer for cheaper
Hotel and the fabulous walks.and looking out at the river magical.
Nothing
Fantastic location, very good breakfast, great walks
Cannot think of anything I didn’t like
Everything it was perfect. Staff facilities location views everything
There was nothing that I didn’t like
The people
There was no cooked breakfast which was very disappointing. The restaurant food was inconsistent. Some things well cooked and tasty and others cold and undercooked
Friendly & good location.
Couldn’t turn the heating down in bedroom 🥵
Location is amazing, great views all round. extremely comfy beds and nice bed linen. Balcony such a bonus for an evening drink and the first cuppa of the day.
Unfortunately no cooked breakfast do understand why, however continental was on offer but not a great selection so was disappointing
Time waiting in the restaurant
We love the welcoming staff . The location is superb .youve got everything you need at the hotel and the area around you . Lovely walk to the falls . Walk along the canal . Walk into town with ease . We love just relaxing enjoying the sound of the river in our lovely hotel room . Extremely happy with couple .
We loved everything. No bad bits . So many thanks to everyone .
Beautiful view
Used to do a cooked breakfast but now it’s continental. No evening meal or lunch on so couldn’t eat in the hotel
The staff were all very helpful
The walls were very thin and next door TV was very loud
Would have been nice to have a full Cooked breakfast instead of a continental style breakfast
All good excellent location
The hotel is set in a beautiful location overlooking the river Dee. Not far from llangollen town.
The hotel and room was clean.
The staff were polite and couldn't have been more helpful.
We ate in the restaurant, plenty of choice and served quickly
Would highly recommend.
