Loved the place! Great view and walks nearby.
the room was clean and had a great veiw of the river,
the food was very good, and the prices and service was excellent,
we were having a very nice stay until the next room was occupied by people banging on the partition wall until 2.30am
we did not have the breakfast since we do not like continental, and would have prefered an English cooked one,
we would have been happy to pay extra for the cooked option,
also if you do not have a car and are older, the walk to get to the shops is quite a long way,
pleasant, but long.... the room was smaller than we are used to,and the matress was not comfy,
Welcoming helpful staff. Clean room. Comfy bed. Good dinner and waiter service.
Excellent breakfast.
Can't think of anything.
Nothing
Rude staff cold rooms
We have stayed in Llangollen in many locations before,we love walking with our dog and enjoying the rurality
When we had earmarked The Chainbridge Hotel having had lunch there whilst staying elsewhere; we booked to stay
This hotel is by far the most welcoming place we have stayed at!
Making a real fuss of our elderly dog, showing us to our ‘dog friendly’ room and more than approachable for anything we needed to ensure our stay was comfortable for our 2 night stay
Thankyou Lisa and her staff
There was a cooked welsh breakfast available to us in the room rate, even Rocco was offered a sausage!
There was a roaring woodburning fire in the lounge where we sat with a nightcap both evenings.
There is no doubt we were lucky to have chosen to visit when the hotel was quiet so it was a relaxing & personal experience
We will 100% be returning soon
Sadly,we were offered an upgrade free of charge on our arrival to a room overlooking the River Dee with a balcony but couldn’t accept as we had our dog with us
Good location
Rooms need upgrades including bathroom
Lovely room with balcony overlooking the river
Nothing
The location was great. Beautiful view overlooking the river. Plenty of walks along the canal and it was so nice to see the steam train pulling into the station opposite the hotel.
I'm a light sleeper so i will take ear plugs next time as the river never sleeps.
Gorgeous
Nothing.
All of it was lovely, staff, room, food drinks & view, gorgeous stay
