My wife and I had a excellent break and would highly recommend
They put a cooked breakfast back on the menu.
Always been a great place to stay. A log fire in the hearth was a welcome treat in the lounge & a complementary late check out allowed us more time to pack
From the outside looking at the newer part of the hotel doesn’t do it many favours but from inside looking out it’s amazing
Amazing location and great service at hotel

Fantastic location, superb and every way
Love it
Location great, room clean and new from balcony wonderful. Staff friendly evening meal and breakfast good
We stayed one night but the only thing was it was too hot the heating was too high in the hotel. Because we had to keep the windows and doors to the balcony closed i was too hot in bed. Bar that I loved the place.
Great location and views from our room. The patio overlooking the river and bridge was great. Lovely walks along the River Dee. Room was comfortable. Staff were helpful.
Did not cater well for gluten free. Could do so much more with the food options.
The view over the water was nice.
Parking was a problem, the bed was small and solid. The hotel itself was like a time warp back to the 80’s. The room itself was hot and stunk of deep frying oil. A kitchen extractor was right outside my window causing noise for the entire stay. Would not recommend anyone staying here.
Stunning location, comfortable and clean, food very good, staff very polite and welcoming
Property having rooms refurbished wondered why the dressing mirror in room 4 was impossible to see in if sitting on the dressing stool, needs turning portrait style otherwise you have to stand! Need to be 7 feet tall to see in the mirror from seating position. The addition of a large rug is a trip hazard as it keeps moving and isn’t necessary. Beautiful room just snagging points.
Room was wonderful. Overlooking River Dee
Delicious breakfast
Clean room
We couldnt turn off the heating .
