Excellent hotel, friendly staff and a great location!!
Pros:

Location was terrific, the staff at the hotel very friendly and welcoming. The room (311) was comfortable, shower worked great, and I had great views over Hyde Park. The continental breakfast downstairs was a good start to the day for an extra 5 pounds per day. There was a locked room in which to store your bag - this was great for me on the final day as I didn't have to carry my bag around London.

De locatie is perfect. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De douche werkte niet. Ik was verplicht een bad te nemen maar dat was erg klein en niet comfortabel.

Czysto, bardzo miła obsługa, w pokoju bardzo ciepło, łazienka przestronna i bardzo czysta. Obsługa, a zwłaszcza Pan Przemek przemili - podpowiedzieli co zwiedzić i zawsze byku chętni do pomocy. Śniadanko w bardzo dobrej cenie i wystarczające. Bardzo polecam na wypad do Londynu - lokalizacja idealna do zwiedzania miasta, świetnie skomunikowany hotel. 10/10!

Cons:

The bathroom area that the room I stayed needs some improvements. The matress cover is not suitable and unconforable. In addtion, there were too many doorbells!

Bezpečná lokalita, roztomilý hotel. Ubytovala bych se znovu. Pesky k nadrazi 10 minut.
Pros:

Krásný hotel s patinou, skvělý personál, čisto, teplo. Skvělé umístění, hned vedle vstupu do metra a parku. Wifi funkční. Na pokoji čaj, kava, voda.
