Pros:

Konumu müthiş hyde parkın hemen karşısı metro ve otobüsle çok rahat ulaşılıyor merkeze yürüme mesafesindeydi

Location davvero perfetta, proprio a fianco della metropolitana e di fronte ad Hyde Park. Da lì si può raggiungere comodamente qualunque parte della città.
Staff davvero molto gentile, ci hanno accolto benissimo.

Cons:

La stanza era comoda e ampia ma il bagno forse un po' chiuso (non abbiamo trovato sistema di areazione). Però è solo un dettaglio, ci siamo comunque trovati molto bene

Pros:

Ottima posizione, personale accogliente, cordiale e disponibile. A un tiro di schioppo da Hyde Park e dalla stazione della metropolitana di Lancaster gate, nonché a qualche minuto a piedi dalla stazione di Paddington.

Lovely quiet time in the heart of the city.
Pros:

The location was excellent right next to Hyde park and the staff members were really helpful. In the rooms there's a hairdryer and even a iron.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit small for my liking but I don't think anything could be done about it.

Pros:

The customer service was spectacular, the team really cares about their guests. We were able to leave our luggage and when the room was ready they gave us a call. Our room had a lovely view of Hyde Park.

Cons:

The bathroom had a chemical odor, I don't think the extraction fan wasn't working as the smell didn't clear out. It didn't bother us too much as we just kept the bathroom door shut.
