The staff were so lovely and helpful. Lovely clean single room with a view onto Hyde Park. Great location. Great value for money . Definitely recommend and will return .
They offer luggage storage but there was no where secure/ a locked room for it. Where you could leave bags was down near the kitchen/ tables area and anyone could have taken bags etc.
Great and quiet neighborhood location. Underground stations is 1-min away. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, all a short walk away.
The hotel was everything we expected in London.
Staff is amazing, Sammy was very helpful and kind. And if you’re lucky you might get to meet Francis the basset hound manager dog!

Die Lage direkt bei der Tube-Station Lancaster Gate und direkt beim Hydepark ist unschlagbar!
Leider gibt es im Hotelzimmer, wie so oft in London, keinen wirklichen nutzbaren Kleiderschrank.
Miły personel, bardzo miłe osoby na recepcji Sam/Przemek 😊 Przepiękna lokalizacja, w pobliżu parku i pięknych budynków. Sam hotel ma fajny klimat. Duży plus są tanie śniadania.
We had an amazing room, spacious, with a comfortable bed and great lighting. We greatly appreciated the provided accessories such as slippers, shower caps, hair drier and iron and ironing board.
Everything was well kept and clean, we also had a lovely view of Hyde Park.
The hotel was quiet and easily accessable with the provided keycard, we had no trouble entering the building late at night.
The staff at the reception was exeptionally kind and sociable. They switched us to a room with better view, which made our stay even better, and had it ready ahead of time.
