Go if funds are low it’s a good hotel
Pros:

For the price and location ! It does the job it’s not the Ritz but it’s better value if you don’t want to spend a fortune.
Iron hair dryer tv toiletries coffee tea and biscuits .

Lovely stay, great value! Wouldn't hesitate to revisit.
Pros:

Super location, just down the road from Lancaster Gate tube, and opposite Kensington Gardens. There is a great Pub, the White Swan, a few doors down, which is very friendly. The room was clean and what I expected. It included an iron and an ironing board, which is uncommon and handy. Normally, it's a three-act drama trying to get one from reception. Not in this instance! I checked in early, so I dropped off my bag; however, they do have baggage storage.

Cons:

The shower had a low flow rate, which is, however, not uncommon in my experience of hotel stays.

Remarkable staff and great location, beautiful and convenient.
Pros:

The location, the hotel and the staff are EXCEPTIONAL
Carrie's 1st greeting to final goodbye was friendly, helpful, and accomodating. Madelina at front desk later in the day was likewise helpful. All the staff are a treasure.
The location is right across from the Italian Gardens at Kensington Royal parks so there's beautiful views and <2 minutes to Lancaster Gate underground plus quieter & less touristy than other areas. Beauty in surroundings & people plus convenience in London, a true winner!!

We liked everything and plan to return!

Lovely stay in a fab location
Pros:

All the staff were friendly & helpful. The location was fab. Less than a minute walk to Lancaster gate tube station (turn right out of station cross over the road & its on the right)

Our room was on the top floor room 418 ( 3 adults)- it was super clean , looked recently refurbished- new carpets/ blinds/ furniture. Room looked really lovely had everything we needed. 2 bedrooms & even a kitchen! Lovely white towels & really hot water.

Cons:

If i was to be picky the carpet in reception, hall & stairs could be better but in all honesty nothing we didn't like.

GREAT place to stay!
Pros:

Very well kept older building. Very clean and the staff were wonderful!! Would definitely stay here again. Close to Kensington Gardens and Palace. Close to bus stops.
