Location great. But a bit style over substance.
Pros:

Location very good. Room ok. Shower good. Coffee machine in room.

Cons:

With 'boutique' hotels - sometimes style over substance. Room nice to look at, but very small, and having bath in room makes it smaller. Small shower room with tiny sink. Breakfast not great. Better places to eat nearby.

Formidable séjour au cœur de Londres
Pros:

Formidablement bien placé accueil, très chaleureux et très jolie chambre. Les petits déjeuners sont excellent et copieux.

Cons:

Nous avions la King’s suite, Les ados ont trouvé la literie un peu dure. Pour le lit parental, pas de problème, il est très confortable.

Very happy I found this lovely place
Pros:

This pub/ boutique hotel is a gem of a place , lively, quirky , clean , comfortable ,great location , generous tea/coffee facilities and Ritual toiletries in the bathroom . I would definitely stay again

Found our "go to" hotel for London visits.
Pros:

What an amazing find! Loved the quaintness of the pub, the sympathetic and quirky decor. The room was immaculate, the bed comfortable and the huge bathroom was fabulous. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and the breakfast delicious.

Un hôtel idéalement placé pour un séjour de 4 jours à Londres
Pros:

Un accueil formidable . Le personnel est au top et l’emplacement est vraiment parfait pour profiter de Londres à pied ! Ma fille qui mange sans gluten s’est vu proposer un petit déjeuner adapté et délicieux.

Family friendly, comfortable, and clean!
Pros:

Room was spacious and comfortable. We were a family of 4 and had everything we needed. Air conditioning worked well during the summer heat wave. We didn’t hear bar noise at all and the location was great.
