terrific location, great value
Pros:

room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Bathroom was very spacious and well set up

Cons:

It's not possible given that the rooms are directly over the pub, but I missed having a public area to relax in outside the room

Will certainly consider a Kings Arms when coming to west end again
Pros:

Very handy location - easy walk to Oxford St, tube stations Soho and theatre land; nice decoration to the room, which was good double size with air-con or heat made it v comfortable
Good breakfast

Cons:

Small detail: had expected for the £ the room to be serviced( we were there 3 nights) tea service replenished and fresh towels if needed, bed made up

Pros:

Great location, walking distance to the West End and other attractions. Staff were lovely and so helpful, the accommodation was clean and unique.
The fresh milk in the rooms was a nice touch.
Great breakfast a nice choices.

Cons:

The only thing I can say is the electric in our room kept turning itself off as the key cards kept popping out, this was annoying, but I would stay here again

Great Stay
Pros:

Its a very nice boutique style hotel room. The room was very comfortable and upgraded. Breakfast was made to order and continental. It was great and a nice bonus. The staff was helpful and friendly. The London tube was within walking distance and it was located very close to a nice shopping area. So the location is really good. Overall, this was a great value.

Cons:

The only issue we had....keg deliveries. It was incredibly loud and woke us up two of the days during the 4 day stay. I mean, VERY loud. Like they were throwing the kegs off the truck right outside the window. If you are up pretty early no issue, but that was kinda disappointing.

Great central location
Pros:

Great location, bar, room had v good facilities, coffee machine kettle and water, very good size bathroom, nice products. great shower pressure. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff

Pros:

Just perfect for our family of four. Great location, friendly staff, and we absolutely loved the historic feeling of the place. If you are looking for a B&B-type experience as opposed to a conventional hotel, you can't do better. We will certainly be back.

Cons:

If you have any trouble with lots of stairs you might need to look elsewhere. Didn't bother us in the slightest, but it wouldn't work for someone with bad knees.
