Great central location
Pros:

Great location, bar, room had v good facilities, coffee machine kettle and water, very good size bathroom, nice products. great shower pressure. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff

Pros:

Just perfect for our family of four. Great location, friendly staff, and we absolutely loved the historic feeling of the place. If you are looking for a B&B-type experience as opposed to a conventional hotel, you can't do better. We will certainly be back.

Cons:

If you have any trouble with lots of stairs you might need to look elsewhere. Didn't bother us in the slightest, but it wouldn't work for someone with bad knees.

DISAPPOINTED
Pros:

QUITE WELL SITUATED FOR WALKING INTO PICCADILLY AND SOHO. ROOM WAS A GOOD SIZE AND NICELY DECORATED. SEPERATE ENTRANCE FOR 24 HOUR ACCESS.

Cons:

STAFF WERE NOT VERY FREINDLY, FELT AS THOUGH WE WERE A BIT OF A BURDEN. THE PUB CLOSED EARLY AT 9PM, IT WAS NEW YEARS EVE, BUT I HAD PHONED THE PREVIOUS DAY TO CHECK AND WAS TOLD 11PM. THE ROOM WAS COLD WITH ONLY A PLUG IN HEATER. DURING THE NIGHT THE BATH TAP STARTED DRIPPING AND WE COULDN'T GET IT OFF, SO HAD TO STICK A TOWEL UNDER IT.

Excellent stay, would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Location excellent, rooms lovely and comfortable, staff brilliant. Did not pre book breakfast so full continental choice not available but lovely staff member offered a choice of cereals, pastries etc.

Cons:

Beer barrels being delivered early was very noisy.
No teaspoons for hot drinks and only one breakfast teabag, just a small thing.
Room key card didn’t work to let us into bar area.

Will definitely stay again - staff awesome
Pros:

Location was brilliant (went to see show at London Palladium) and room was so quiet! Loved the decor and the roominess of the room. Well equipped with coffee, tea AND cookies (biscuits) - thank you very much!

Cons:

A lift would be excellent but not possible to retrofit in such a lovely lovely building - not an issue for us but for anyone booking be aware.

Pros:

Emplacement au top ! Personnel très sympa. Bonne ambiance au dessus du pub mais sans nuisance. Déco sympa. Grande salle de bain.

Cons:

Lit pas très large, matelas un peu mou (mal au dos le lendemain) et clim en marche en janvier (j'ai eu du mal à mettre le chauffage à la place) donc petit mal de gorge à la clef.

Hôtel sympathique / Emplacement top
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal. Proche de Oxford Street et de la station de métro Oxford Circus. Chambre propre et literie confortable. De nombreux équipements à disposition !

Cons:

La chambre 2 est un peu petite. L’escalier pour accéder aux chambres est étroit. Il fait un peu froid dans la SDB.
