Pros:

Breakfast and evening meal were very good and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Only the sat nav directions were confusing. Nothing wrong with the hotel.
Some channels on the TV were missing, not the end of the world.

Great stay!
Pros:

Everyone in that whole area are just good people, so friendly and kind! But specifically at the Inn, they were very nice and helpful, wonderful food, and clean and comfy room. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Cons:

No complaints! Just wish there were washcloths available but they seem to not be a thing in the UK in general, so make sure to bring your own

It was ok but needs a desperate need of updating
Pros:

I only had toast but family had scrambled eggs and all was fine.
Had nibbles one evening and ordered coffees after which took a very long time to come and when we got them they were cold. We were both too tired to say anything due to a long emotional day

Cons:

Toilet paper is shockingly bad and have to use so much of it otherwise you are wiping with your bare hands! Far too thin and not absorbent and rough. TV was awful with no reception so was no point of having it. Very frustrating.

OVERPRICED. One night B&B cost £156. No spa facilities. Bar closed to residents before midnight.
Pros:

The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending at West Tower. Room and ensuite were spacious and clean.

Cons:

We arrived back from the wedding at 11.30pm the bar was closed. As residents we should have been able the get a drink from the bar. After all it was before midnight. The breakfast was poor.

You get what you pay for
Pros:

One of very few hotels anywhere near Ormskirk, which is where we really wanted to be! Efficiently managed, perfectly functional place, if a bit impersonal. Standard of bedding, etc, what you would expect for such a reasonable price.

Cons:

Very hot couple of nights - no a/c and no fan offered. Room was not serviced on Bank Holiday Monday, with no explanation and no apology.
