Not bad
Pros:

Shower was good. Staff were friendly. Room was decent.

Cons:

Waited a short while both at check-in and checkout to be dealt with. Had to stand there without being acknowledged. After travelling you want to go straight to room but no one there to deal with us. A lot of noise outside room in morning. The checkout was 12 but way before that there was noise, possibly staff, bumping around and calling to each other in the corridor. The TV was large but not much on it other than basic channels. Windows opened but only so many inches and it had turned warm. Arrived in dark and not much signage outside to say where to go to check in.

It’s a great place to stay
Pros:

We liked everything about the place…it was great

Cons:

The only down side was the breakfast. It was ok if you had the full breakfast I am sure but maybe more thought needs to be given to the other choices.

Pros:

The location was great for our needs.
Ample car park space.

Cons:

The carpet between the bedroom and bathroom was sodden through.
We mentioned it to reception, who said they could move us, but were very tired after a long day and had already unpacked.
We asked more towels to put on the wet area ( which they did).
Although they offered to swap us, l think they must've known about the leak, as it was too wet to have come from the shower to have overflowed.

Good location for visiting this part of the country.
Pros:

Room was large and comfortable with good en suite bathroom. Good choice of continental style breakfast included in the price or more choices of cooked breakfast for additional payment. Staff friendly and helpful.

Really great hotel, everything was fantastic
Pros:

Just a great place to stay, not only because of Miller & Carter restaurant but the staff are super friendly and helpful and the room is the nicest I have stayed in for a long time.
The place is my go to hotel to stay!
