Great view and access to lake, beaches , local places of interest and town centre/train station. Lovely, warm welcome at reception. Room was adequate, good shower, lots of space in room .

Traditional seaside hotel with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. A special thank you for accommodating my late-night check-in—it was greatly appreciated after a long journey. Excellent value for money, and I would happily stay here again.

The place smelt of fags the whole time, rooms was to close to each other so you could hear a pin drop in the next room (me and my son was woken at 6am by a drunk couple). Shower could barely move in and dried toothpaste was found under the sink.

Very hard springy bed, complained nothing done, not clean hairs im the shower and a tiny room for the price, found some maltesa on the floor definitely not mine, so not very clean, cold shower, then later on found it was back to front , was told it was an old building, won't be going back
The manager was absolutely amazing.
Checked in on friday afternoon and allowed us to check in a little earlier.
Told us everything we needed to know and as we there was 5 of us, the manager put us on the same floor close together.
I can't rate the manager enough, 10 out 10
The only thing I didnt like was that the karaoke finished at 12am (which im not really bothered about) but we had to check out for 10am.
Think the check out times to go up an hour to 11am so people can have a little extra sleep.
Fantastic Hotel for the money!!! Excellent location, very welcoming staff. Breakfast was great.
