Location was excellent, just a five minute walk from the beach and the town. Shops, pub and restaurants just around the corner for dinner. Parking at the rear of the hotel for guests. Interior decor was good and the room especially looked to have been recently renovated to a good standard. Huge comfortable bed and even a seating area in the room.
Not much to complain about. Heating wouldn’t come on when we arrived so first evening was a little chilly but not too cold, sorted itself out by the morning. Shower also cold that first evening but fine by the morning. TV reception for BBC was very patchy and practically unwatchable most of the time although improved when I retuned the TV and adjusted the aerial lead.

Staff are really helpful and friendly, room was a great size and perfect location. Breakfast was amazing.

Good budget hotel with breakfast and free parking (small but was enough). Everywhere you have to pay for parking and I think that tourism will suffer in places like Bournemouth because of this. Kudos to this hotel which is still offering free parking even if limited.
Hot water took some time to arrive but this was explained on the shower. Pity water is being wasted.
TV stations need upgrading (even if at a cost).
No bath available even if description on booking says shower or bath. I specifically asked for a bath upgrade but there are none available. In this case description should be showers only available.
I.do strongly recommend this place. Tina the host owner is a very nice lady she arranged everything for my very late checking in .. The staff are nice. Very clean place with free. Breakfast. Very close to the beach and shops pubs and night clubs. Tregonholme hotel is definitely my favorite hotel. Thank you Tina and the staff. Daniel Rignace. Bournemouth.
It’s as advertised short walk to everything and parking place is a big plus.
Excellent location in Bournemouth near beach, restaurants. Quiet at night. Breakfast was really good. Host was attentive and engaged. Best overall experience in a long while!!

Everything was good
Very helpful owner, she helped guide us into the property when the sat nav took us to the wrong road. Upon arrival we were very impressed by the service we received, nice friendly and warm welcome.
I have no negatives about this lovely small hotel.
Location was perfect for our event. Parking earlier allowed us freedom to explore. We also checked in earlier too. Close to the beach.
Host was so kind and made us feel welcomed.
Room was small but clean and lots of little touches to make the stay even better.
Breakfast was really good and a lovely helpful waitress. Will stay again for sure.
