Pros:

The staff were lovely and very helpful, the room was clean and spacious with good shower. Location was a few minutes walk to BIC and beach. Breakfast was very good portions and tasty. My son loved that the TV had netflix.

Comfortable rooms at a budget price and helpful happy owner/staff
Pros:

The cooked breakfast was a real treat. Very nicely cooked and served.
Only 1/2 an hour from Poole harbour where I needed to be. No accommodation in Poole this value and quality !

Excellente surprise. Endroit propre, chambre spacieuse, équipement largement suffisant. Endroit calme et lit confortable. Petit-déjeuner excellent. Proximité de plage, à peine 10 minutes de marche. Via la côte, en 15 - 20 minutes au centre-ville. Parking gratuit, un luxe dans cette ville balnéaire ! Personnel sympathique et attentionné.

Cons:

Légers décrochages du réseau internet. Pas très gênant.

Excellent hotel with no complaints
Pros:

I love that the hotel was very close to all amenities and in a quiet location. The room and facilities were very clean and the breakfast was cooked perfectly with plenty of coffee and toast offered. The staff were very polite and welcoming throughout
