Excellent value
Pros:

Convenient comfortable room and an excellent breakfast. Great to have on site free parking. Extremely good value for money with the convenience of a well stocked store very close by and several places to eat or a pub very close by.

Cons:

Problem with the hot water supply to the sink in the ensuite bathroom. Shower was also struggling with hot water and the shower head could do with a descaling to improve the flow.

I think I would sum up the hotel as friendly, clean and very convenient.
Pros:

The location is very good. It's quite an uphill walk back from main town centre for old legs but it was fine. Being able to leave the car in the hotel car park to explore the town centre was a great bonus. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. It had more of a B&B vibe than a hotel one but a very good B&B. Breakfast was freshly cooked and was more than enough to set us up for the day.

Cons:

The room smelled of damp clothes although everything was perfectly dry. Maybe the bed linen was not dried thoroughly when laundered....? The shower water took a long time to heat up but there was a notice to say this so we expected it and waited patiently as requested. It could not be helped as it is not in their control but some guests in the opposite hotel were up very early and sitting outside chatting quite loudly. It was warm so we had the window open. These were minor things and they would not put us off rebooking another stay. We had a enjoyable 2 nights.

Hôtel bien situé, chambre agréable.
Pros:

Chambre très agréable et lumineuse, seule la salle de bains est un peu petite. Petit déjeuner correct mais non exceptionnel. Hôtel situé dans une rue calme, très proche du bord de mer.

Definitely would use this hotel when next in Bournemouth
Pros:

The location was just right for us, short walk to the beach & the town centre.

The staff are very attentive, Tina & her team go out of there way to make sure one had a great stay.

Pros:

Its was very clean

Cons:

Nothing the manager and staff were very helpful chatty could not do enough, breakfast was lovely was not rushed to eat offered more if we wanted.
Really enjoyed our stay would return if we are going to stay in bourmouth again to the hotel

Pros:

Well situated for the beach and other facilities you are made welcome as soon as you get to the hotel a quick and hassle free check in the breakfast was nice and the accomodation nice and clean basically could not fault anything.
