Too much furniture in my room! Small room but felt claustrophobic. A couple of wall hooks would have been better than full wardrobe. Difficult to get to window as furniture in the way.
It was by the harbour which was really good
Put in a room with nothing to look at, just someone flat, could if done with painting, shower very old
Ive stayed here before and came again as it is very good value for money. The rooms were actually nicer this time - cleaner, cotton sheets (instead of nylon) and the location is great. It's simple and cheap - just what we wanted
Have stayed here many times and I’m sure we’ll stay many more. The staff are lovely from reception to the cleaners. Breakfasts are very good and extremely good value for money.
Only one lift for the whole property and the clientele/guests are mainly elderly. The wait can be very long especially around mealtimes
The breakfast was delicious and served quickly, the rooms were spacious and it the hotel location was very near to where we needed to be. The staff were incredibly welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay.
One of the rooms had large windows making the room much hotter than the other. The bathroom vents could have done with a clean but the rest of the bathroom was great. The car park not having a lift was a slight inconvenience but were able to work around it.
Had 10% off food and drink as was residents. Friendly staff.
Some waitresses didnt have there hair up whilst serving breakfast.
Fantastic location. Easy check in with the offer of the late room check out for a small fee which we took advantage of. Friendly staff. Loved the new addition of the outdoor benches and the fan in every room.

The view from my window was just roofs, too many stairs to get around and no porters.
Clean and tidy hotel. Outstanding service from start to finish reception organised efficient and polite. Breakfast was outstanding and the staff were so helpful and polite.
