Pros:

Location was a bonus. Smack in paddington. Easy access for buses, tubes, heathrow elizabeth line.

Room was cute, enough to rest, sleep. Its quiet too. Value for money.

Great location, safe, simple!! Would stay again.
Pros:

Hotel was clean and in a fantastic safe location. Having read the reviews I would agree the bathroom is very small and would not suit a large person for ease of use. But I stayed there with my 2 teenage daughters, we felt safe, comfy and staff were friendly and helpful. We agreed we would stay here again

Cons:

Everything was perfect for us and a great spot for London in general, we stayed to attend a concert at Wembley. Being picky the bathroom was very small, but far better than having to share.

Very clean and comfortable stay in an excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location, room was for 3 of us. Very comfortable bed and the air con was a good extra. Staff were lovely and allowed us to pay for an early check in and late check out

Great stay
Pros:

Location was great, but number one was the air con was fabulous (it was 34ºc in london that day)

Cons:

needed extra towels as only 1 each and none for feet/ hair after shower (staff were great and got them when we asked)

Great budget hotel with everything you need for a short stay in London
Pros:

It was very clean and had everything we needed. We were able to leave our bags both before and after our stay which was great.
Very friendly staff and great location.

Cons:

The bathroom was tiny, fine for just using the sink and toilet but having a shower was a mission as there just wasn't enough space when you got out.

Not a smart choice anymore in London
Pros:

Actually it was a choice to have an optimized price service ration but at the end was not at all that. Ok location is very good, price is cheaper than around but not so much, you are always in London.

Cons:

Comfort is very bad, room is claustrofobic, also with window you cannot open it, not even the blind and it is hot and you have an air con directly on you so or you choose to have a bronchitis or you renounce and you sleep in your sweat.

Die Zimmer haben gerochen, es gab kein Fenster. Es war alles feucht. Wir müssten uns ein anderes Hotel suchen, weil dieses untragbar war.
