Lovely experience.
Pros:

Lou and her staff were friendly and polite. The room was warm and clean, the food was great and the hotel was full of 17th century character. I will be returning.

Cosy, friendly, charming B&B
Pros:

One of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in. Gorgeous view, very friendly staff, decent breakfast. Quick walk downhill into the centre of the city. Would love to return!

Super friendly service
Pros:

Staff were all super friendly. We had our dog with us and were in room 1 which had an outdoor staircase down to the beer garden which was much appreciated. Breakfast’s were fab, great choice to choose from. Parking was a huge bonus. Can highly recommend

Stayed for a week, good weather made our stay even more pleasant
Pros:

The hotel has a carpark just across the road which is invaluable in a place like Lyme Regis but its location means an easy walk down into town but more challenging on return- quite steep in parts! Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast excellent. View from garden lovely.

Overpriced and dirty but good location
Pros:

Location: It is very close to the beaches and town centre.

Cons:

Cleaniness and general maintenance of the place was very poor! The breakfast was tasty, however there was one sausage each and very small portions. Did not feel worth the price and I wouldn't stay here again/recommend this hotel.
