Value for money stay. Room was comfortable, thr location was good.
I struggled to open the key box. The shower head was a bit dirty.

The only thing I can say is the fact it had free parking.
It was really dirty, there were stains on the carpet and bottom of the bed, there were dead flies in the kettle and the smell of my room and well the whole place was sickening, we had 3 rooms between us and one of the showers was unusable due to the mould on the shower head. It did have ironing facilities but the ironing board cover had had stains on it the iron cord was filthy the bed was uncomfortable and made me itch. If I had had not had to be there for an event I would have walked straight back out and found somewhere else.

Location good for our trip. Rooms were lovely and cool over the really hot period.

The booking process was straightforward; the contact from the property regarding what to do on arrival to access keys was clear and succinct and, importantly, worked successfully. The room was clean, there were the things mentioned in the specifications. The bed could've been more comfortable, but that's a subjective view.
It was easy to access the property, there was plenty of parking and, overall, the location was excellent.
There was nothing I didn't like but perhaps the 'Information Pack' should be more regularly updated

Location and price. It worked out £65 to £120 cheaper than other hotels in the area and was in a good location for our needs
It had a strange plaster smell in the bathroom, mattress needs replacing and the place had a care home feel about it. However for what we paid we feel it was value for money but with a few changes and minor updates they could charge more.
