It was what it was for the price
Pros:

It was clean and tidy. Staff on the phone were excellent.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable and pillows dreadful.
Had tea and coffee but no milk what was the point.

A good value for money place to stay if visiting the area or relatives nearby.
Pros:

We had to book an extra night due to an unexpected emergency and this was very easy to do. The surroundings are vry quiet and give convenient access to bus services into Nottingham & Derby; also good motorway access. There is a nearby Aldi for convenience food.

Good for short-term, work trips.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, wifi was slow to begin but once connected worked fine and was free. Great professional communication from owner regarding codes etc. 2 minute walk from high street and library (which I needed).

Cons:

The shower connection was worn and coming off a little in one part. Thought it might leak but it wasn't quite there yet. Does need fixing though.

Lovely comfortable base. Provided me with a clean safe space that I needed, at short notice.
Pros:

Clean and tidy throughout
Bed was comfortable
Shower was spacious and hot
Plenty parking and access to vending machine

Cons:

There was a damp smell in room and in the lobby area when cleaning was being carried out.
Purchased air freshener and opened windows a little, which helped.

Good location, comfortable stay, great price
Pros:

I like that there’s ample parking, beds are comfortable, it’s self service and you only get room cleaning if you put a sign up. Near to bus stops that go straight into the city.

Cons:

The WiFi can be patchy & the drainage sometimes has an odour when you flush the loo / run the tap - this happened the last time in the same room too.

Pros:

Very, clear easy instructions to follow regarding keys and codes to the hotel and room. The price and location were great.

The bed was quite uncomfortable, I think the mattress could do with being replaced.

Very good, comfortable and excellent value.
Pros:

Overall a very good stay and the car parking was excellent as I’m using crutches at the moment . So the ease of access from the car park into the building was perfect. Another plus is the rooms being on ground level . Clean bedding , comfortable bed and the bathroom and bedroom was very clean.

Cons:

The shower was a bit dissapointing as I couldn’t put it on the number 2 hot setting as went very hot instantly. There was a notice warning about this. But no big deal probably just a maintainance issue
