easy access and good communication, room clean, quiet, comfy bed and good shower. room met my expectations for a business
style hotel, good off road car parking.

Cons:

the chair was fit for skip. couldn't make heated towel rail work and shower hose on last legs. all minor things.

Pros:

Location was good and the room was clean and adequate for our one night stay. However, I do prefer a hotel with 24hr reception and this should be pointed out, before booking.

Cons:

I didn't like the codes on entry, every time you enter building.

Well located with free car parking and great transport links to Nottigham City and Nottingham University.
Pros:

Plenty of parking available

Cons:

Very hot weather and no air conditioning in a ground floor room. Didn’t open window due to feeling vulnerable overnight whilst asleep.
