Third time i’ve stayed and enjoyed each visit but the room this time was definitely the worst. Bit tired and floorboards ridiculously noisy, kettle not able to be plugged in safely unless on the floor. Also the noise from the vent right outside the window was irritating until it was switched off when the kitchen closed. Fire alarm going off twice. in the middle of the night didn’t help!!

Our room 19 a bit noisy. Door banged when closed by other residents entering/leaving. The door closure fixture needs adjusting. Help Alarm sounded middle of night for no reason.
Immaculately clean, extremely nice bedroom, wonderful breakfast. The staff were first class!
There was nothing I didn't like. The only small point was the reception was poor for the TV. This is not a criticism, just a point to look at. I will definitely return when im next in the area!
