We had two rooms . The twin was perfect , cool despite the heatwave.
The family room was unbearably hot esp for a toddler and baby.
It was also on the first floor which wasn’t ideal in terms of carrying children and luggage. The hotel could not provide travel cots either so we had to bring our own .

Booked for 4 people in a family room to avoid an early start for a flight, ended up being a fantastic evening with an all you can eat bbq and drinks on the terrase watching the sun set. Staff all very friendly.

Leisure facilities a bit tired and I. Need of a bit of TLC
The location is great for my work, the bar & restaurant are really good, most of the staff are helpful.
I arrived late, my fault, the kitchen was closed, disappointed but again my fault for being late, receptionist pointed out a pizza takeaway 2 mins walk away, when I returned, I was told I couldn't eat my pizza on the premises, even if I bought a drink. I would have purchased dinner from them if the kitchen had been open, I thought that was petty & a bit jobsworth.
It was a stinking hot night, no fans or aircon made for a sleepless night!
The staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. From the waiting staff, bar staff and reception, the service was excellent! A homely, attentive atmosphere at the venue made for a fabulous evening and comfortable overnight stay!
