Very friendly and helpful Staff. Fantastic value for money (I had the suite)
Nothing.
Staff were friendly, had access to a small pool to relax in, bed was comfortable and large room, good value for money
The Green fire exit light is extremely bright so was unable to sleep, needs a bit of an upgrade as the bathrooms are old and outdated, cleanliness is lacking - I had the conservatory room but there were so many dead insects in the roof that were dropping on the floor that you couldn’t use the space.
Friendly staff, comfortable room at affordable price. Food was superb
I went the gym and ate there so for a salesman it was perfect for me

Very friendly and hospitable staff. Convenient for commuting into London. Great food in the restaurant with excellent service.
The rooms are very comfortable but My room this time was disappointing because it was on the ground floor next to the main road and the window had no security strap on it, leaving it easily accessible from the outside & so I couldn’t leave it open for fresh air when sleeping. In addition the radiator thermostat seemed to be faulty as it was on max all the time and so my room was stifling and so I didn’t sleep well at all.
