It was great, with all we needed.
Pros:

Really great room for the price, with most of the stuff that we needed.

The room had a bit of a specific smell at first but nothing to be concerned about.

Pros:

Great location just off the M3, ideal for breaking a journey from the South West.

Cons:

The first room I was allocated was very smokey when I arrived, partially open window above, I guess, the smoking area. The staff quickly swapped rooms though so can't criticise.

Lovely location and fantastic value for money.
Pros:

The location was good, free parking, excellent WiFi and professional staff.

Cons:

Lack of bar snacks. Restaurant had a 3 course meal but nothing outside of this apart from crisps. It’s better to sell some food rather than no food.

Clean and convenient.

Cons:

Arrived on a Monday evening, the restaurant was shut and the bar menu had limited options including the 3 meat roast...presumably left over from Sunday. Staff were less than motivated or visible waited 10 mins at the bar (which was empty) before deciding Tescos was a better option.

Great location and comfortable stay
Pros:

We like the rooms and the food was lovely. There is also a gym and pool available which was awesome for us travelling for work. Location is very central and it has a comfortable feel.

Cons:

Coffee and tea facilities in the room could have been better, but there is coffee available on tap in the dining area all morning.

Pros:

There was a dominoes a few minutes away.

Cons:

The room was dirty there was stains up all the walls black mold in the bathroom and writing on the head board the room also smelt unpleasant and the switches felt greasy I wont be staying again I had to tell myself the bed was "clean" but found stains and hairs on the sheets i slept fully clothed in order to mitigate touching the sheets.
