Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja i niska cena. Zawsze był ktoś na portierni.

Cons:

Zburzyć i zbudować środek od nowa. Generalnie ściany między pokojami to nic innego jak zbite panele. Fatalne śniadania, lepiej nie brać. Dobrze to wygląda tylko z wierzchu.
W łazieńce nie było zasłony oraz śmierdziało chemią, która przechodziła na cały pokój.
