Pros:

Très bien situé, avec une magnifique vue sur le port. Personnel sympathique et accueillant. Jolie chambre avec vue sur les maisons colorées.

Cons:

Pas d'ascenseur ni d'aide pour monter les valises au 2e étage.
Difficultés de stationnement à proximité.
L'hôtel et le restaurant étant deux sociétés séparées, il n'a pas été possible de réserver à l'avance le dîner, et lors de notre arrivée à l'hôtel à 16h, il ne restait plus qu'une table à 20:45.

we arrived in pouring rain before the check in time of 4.00. We were told to go away again and not to come back before check in time.

Posizione eccellente e vista super dalla nostra stanza

Cons:

No ascensore e scale molto strette (scomodo salire e scendere con i bagagli), inoltre letto molto piccolo e bagno scomodo perché con tetto a spiovente nel punto della doccia che è stata molto difficile per me che sono alto 1,80.

1. 位置超好，就在码头，窗外景色优美，后面的Bank Street和前面的Quay Street都有免費停車位，不远的主街上有便宜好吃的中餐外卖
2. 早餐超正，三文治和牛角包的选择多样
3. 前台Christ服務热情周到，入住期間正值FIFA，第一晚电视看不到实况转播，第二晚Christ联络了工程部就可以看了，为我们的旅程带來了額外的乐趣

Cons:

The hallway from the entrance to my room was narrow, with a heavy smell of mold and visibly dirty, stained carpets. After just one night, I woke up with itchy skin all over — clearly an allergic reaction to the poor conditions.

On the positive side, the breakfast was decent, and the staff were generally friendly. Special mention goes to one gentleman staff member who was genuinely helpful.

Overall, however, the hotel is not worth the price given the serious hygiene issues.

Enjoyable and would stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. Friendly staff.
Very spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows.
Being close to the harbor was very nice.
Great location to walk to other restaurants.

Cons:

Lighting in the bathroom wasn’t the greatest.
Strange to have separate water faucets. Could have used a couple more towels.

Cons:

Habitación Muy mal mantenida (techos del baño llenos de humedad y pintura de pared por zonas caídas. Cama pequeña!
Sin espacio en el restaurante para poder cenar (siendo clientes del hotel y sin alternativa de ofrecer comidas para la habitación).
Televisión rota.
Habitaciones sin ningún gusto, bastante pequeñas y ruidosas.
Sin zona de estar.
308€ la noche por una mala experiencia.

The hotel is a bit dated, but its location right by the harbour is definitely a highlight. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. However, the value for money isn't great. As many other guests have mentioned, the prices are high for what you get, although that's not surprising given the location on Skye and the limited number of hotels.

The hotel has his charm, but the price is too high in view of the service offered to the client.

The hotel is on the arbor, nice view of the see.

Cons:

Building too hold, no lift to bring up the luggage. The walls of the rooms need to be restored a bit in several points. Difficult to park the car: the public parking is a bit far from the hotel. Be aware that you must pay the park fee starting from 8:00 AM.
