Location amazing with the banks of the Spey outside the window.
Bedroom well stocked, clean and comfortable with nice quirky character. Slept very well.
Breakfast plentiful and served with a smile (thank you Trisha). Dinner very good. Excellent whisky bar.
Bar maybe needs to stay open a bit later than 9pm on a Sunday.
All of it.. the smoking pavilion, great whiskies, good beer. Loveley location, breakfast. Staff friendly, clean and warm. Loved it.
We only stayed 1 night.
Very high standard of room, excellent dinner and friendly, helpful staff.
Very good
Rooms were clean and beautiful
Beautiful room full of colours really nice great views of river
Nothing to complain about food also excellent and staff very polite definitely be back
The staff, the food, the ambience and the location.
We received a room upgrade.
Nothing.
Perfect spot to enjoy the distilleries in the area. Location overlooks the river and bonus points for the electric charging points in the car park. Lovely seating area in the bedroom and really comfortable nights sleep.
Slightly expensive but that’s nit picking. Water pressure wasn’t great for the shower.
Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Schöne Lage an Fluss und Park. Sehr gutes Essen, tolles Ambiente…
Bettdecke zu dick…
Our room was lovely - beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. The bedding was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was massive and very clean with nice towels. We stayed in Glenlivet room with a river view.
We booked a room with breakfast for over £200 per night. It was very disappointing to find out that we only had the basic breakfast included and we had to pay additional £7 to get proper coffees from the machine rather than filtered. There were two menus on the table - one for guests staying in and one for walk-ins which was much nicer. That takes a point off my 10 points score.
Liked the property very much! Decorated with a good taste, cute room, good stuff, good breakfast, nice bathroom. Very beautiful walk by the river that you can see directly from the window
Can’t find anything
Good
A sitting room/lounge would have improved the facilities.
Very pretty cozy hotel with just the best staff and brilliant food.
Could do with maybe another lamp in the bedroom quite dark !
