There is no elevator and u have to go third floor with ur luggage by ur self

Dirty room. I booked another room, with separate beds, but the owner said me that if this room is not okay for me I can cancel booking. And also nobody answered me when I asked for a teapot or microwave. Very bad service
Spacious studio with balcony city and mountain view.

Maybe it was a good please because pictures of room and price was good. Bud unfortunately some pipe demedges happened. And I was informed about it when I arrived, call few times to found a host and when all that steps was done she tell me that room is not in condition. So nobody informe about nothing, not using Booking.com and WhatsApp properly
Honestly, I am impressed by this wonderful hotel, where it's like I feel that I'm staying in my house and the treatment really deserves ten stars and more. I will repeat my visit every time you have to try this place and enjoy it.
There is nothing, everything was great.
Firstly, the location is fantastic, right in the heart.
However, the experience fell short in other areas. The room wasn't as clean as expected, and there was an unpleasant smell lingering. Plus, the lack of towels and soap was a letdown.
Overall, if you prioritize location and don't mind overlooking a few issues, you might still enjoy your stay here. But for those who value cleanliness and amenities, it might not be the best choice.

The apartment was well-equipped, a few feet [1 m] from the subway, and the area was fascinating with excellent landscapes, a clean, neat, magnificent, caring, and attentive apartment. I give them a strong advice that family recreation is truly important. The owner is a wonderful, caring woman.
