Cons:

I booked this hotel for 3 nights, but when I arrived late at night, I was informed that they could only accommodate me for one night because the hotel was fully booked.

Unfortunately, I had to find another hotel at the last minute, which was quite inconvenient and stressful.

I understand that these situations can happen, but I would have appreciated being informed in advance rather than finding out upon arrival.

Overall, a disappointing experience that could have been handled much better.

Breakfast tasted really good. Especially the sausages were excellent. Overall, it was all good. And all of the staff are amazing, especially those who are in the reception area.
