К сожалению, проживание в этом отеле оставило крайне негативное впечатление и совершенно не соответствовало ожиданиям.

Главная проблема – практически полное отсутствие шумоизоляции. Номер расположен прямо у входа: сразу рядом находится рецепция и выход из здания, поэтому постоянно слышно всех гостей, которые приходят и уходят. Отдохнуть или нормально выспаться в таких условиях невозможно. Дополнительно в комнате есть большое окно, выходящее прямо в холл, а входная дверь частично прозрачная, из-за чего создаётся постоянное чувство дискомфорта и отсутствия приватности.

В номере также было холодно. Несмотря на горячую батарею, помещение не прогревалось. На просьбу предоставить пульт от кондиционера для обогрева персонал ответил, что кондиционер включают только летом, и никакой альтернативы или решения предложено не было.

Take with you soap and shampoo, as it is missing in a shower room. TV does not work, no signals.

Для размещения в ожидании следующего рейса - замечательный вариант
Pros:

Очень организованная работа персонала: были соблюдены все предварительные договоренности. Встреча в аэропорту состоялась, несмотря на опоздание самолета ночью. Спасибо.

Buenas instalaciones, personal desatento
Pros:

Habitaciones cómodas, limpias y equipadas.

Cons:

Trato poco amigable (hasta descortés) del personal.
No hablaban inglés, aunque dice que si en la descripción y esto dificultó la estancia.
Nuestra habitación tenía puerta de vidrio y pasaba la luz de noche.
Poca accesibilidad a facilidades como el microondas.
