A comfortable stay with great views, friendly staff and a perfect location.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, the views from the terrace were amazing and the rooms were comfortable in a pretty new hotel for a good price. The bathrooms were modern and the beds were very good. The breakfast was nice and the location is excellent, within walking distance of the old town and many interesting places to visit. Definitely recommended!

Cons:

Nothing really — everything met or exceeded expectations.

Pros:

The location is amazing, the best part of the city to stay in. I loved the room as well as the staff. Everyone is super welcoming and nice. The staff speaks at least three different languages and are always there to help. The space was clean and well taken care of.

Excellent hospitality, sparkling clean, the best host
Pros:

You will not find a better host than Mari! Excellent local guide, and the location is perfect. You're right in the heart of old town with easy access to absolutely everything. The place isn't just well kept and clean, it has a warmth and hospitable spirit you simply don't find elsewhere. 10/10 recommend.

Пребывание в Тбилиси в январе 2026,все было просто восхитительно,Такое впечатление что побывал у близких родственников,Местоположение супер,в самом центре города ,все в пешей доступностиюНомер большой ,светлый ,чистый новый лифт,очень тепло ,а были морозы.Очень приятный и отзывчивый хозяин Тимур,за что ему огромное спасибо!Отличный WI FI !Лучше места для отдыха в Тбилиси трудно найти (цена ,качество)

Otelin konumu çok merkeziydi. Banyolardaki kokuyu düşünmezsek genel olarak temizdi. Biz soğuk bir zamanda gittiğimiz için odalar sıcacıktı.

Cons:

Bookingden tesise attığımız mesajlara bakmıyorlar. Gece giriş yapacağımızı yazmama rağmen gittiğimizde kapı kilitliydi. Zili çaldık ve bir adam kapıyı açtı. Rezervasyonunuz yok dedi. İngilizcesi yetersiz olduğu için başka birini aradı. O kişi sayesinde iletişim kurduk. Neyse ki bir şekilde giriş yaptık. 7/24 resepsiyon hizmeti kesinlikle yok. Bebek yatağı istemiştik fakat yoktu. Bazı eksiklikleri var maalesef.

Персонал не профессиональный, уборщица открывает дверь без стука , комната почти не убирается. В ресепшене почти всегда нет сотрудника. В ванной комнате стоит ужасный вонь из канализации.

Всё было просто идеально. Прекрасное местоположение в самом центре старого города, откуда удобно добраться до любой точки. Номер чистый и уютный. Очень вкусные завтраки. Но самое лучшее в этом отеле - это Темур и Мари, их гостеприимство сделало наше пребывание в Тбилиси незабываемым!

Единственный минус - это странное решение душевой кабины без какого либо ограждения. После душа весь санузел в воде. Берите резиновые шлепки. Потом в туалет ходть скользко и мокро
