Temiz, konum çok iyi, ama personelin davranışı hiç iyi değil. Tavsiye etmem.

Tesis genel olarak konum ve temizlik açısından çok iyidi.

Cons:

Personelin davranışı, misafirlerle konuşma tarzları vs. hiç hoşumuza gitmedi. Özellikle kahvaltıda mutfakta çalışan ve restoran kısmıyla ilgilenen hanımefendinin davranışı fazlasıyla iticiydi.

Yılbaşında beklediğimiz konforu bulamadık
Pros:

Otelin konumu oldukça merkezi. Oda camından Gürcü ana heykelini görebilirsiniz.

Cons:

Yılbaşı dönrminde konakladığımız sırada, alt kattaki odalardaki misafirlerle ciddi bir tartışma ve güvenlik sorunu yaşadık. Fiziksel temasa varan ve odamıza eşya fırlatılmasıyla başlayan bu olayda, otel yönetiminin yeterince profesyonel ve şeffaf şekildr yönetmediğini düşünüyoruz. Olay sırasında güvenliğimiz konusunda kendimizi yalnız hissettik ve bu durum konaklama deneyimimizi ciddi şekilde olumsuz etkiledi.
Ayrıca odaların tamamen halı kaplı olması, özellikle alerjik ve çocuklu aileler için rahatsız edici.

Pros:

Лучшее место расположения!! Тихо, но самый центр, 50 метров от моста Мира. Из люкса с балконом открывается прекрасный вид на горы.

Cons:

У нас был включён завтрак, не рекомендую, испортите себе всё впечатление об отеле. Столовая в подвале, совершенно неуютно, и главное не вкусно, очень бедный завтрак. Кофе только растворимый... и чай только чёрный..

The hotel is very close to the center and accessible to all important places. It is a comfortable hotel, clean, and the staff is helpful.

Cons:

Kahvaltı saati biraz daha uzun olabilir ve kahvaltı saati wifi şifresi resepsiyon numarası odada komidinin üstünde olsa daha iyi olur

Pros:

A clean and cozy hotel in an excellent central location in Tbilisi’s old town, within walking distance of downtown attractions and the subway. Everything is nearby, including stores, cafés, restaurants, shopping malls, museums.....
The staff are friendly, polite, and hospitable. The hotel offers private, secure parking.
Highly recommended.

Cumple con las expectativas
Pros:

Sin duda, la ubicación del hotel. Está a escasos minutos de la Plaza de la Libertad, así como de muchísimos comercios, bares y restaurantes.

También destaco el trato de la persona encargada del desayuno, siempre sonriente y atenta.

Si lo pides, limpian la habitación diariamente, cambian las toallas y reponen todos los servicios del baño.

Cons:

El personal de recepción no es especialmente amable ni sonriente. Además, utilizan el sofá que está enfrente del mostrador de la entrada como su lugar de ocio y descanso. Ahí se ponen a ver vídeos de TikTok o YouTube a todo volumen, y a cantar a viva voz, sin tener en cuenta que hay habitaciones justo al lado, en las que los clientes están tratando de descansar (algo por lo que han pagado, precisamente).

Pros:

La ubicación era muy buena. Es lo que más me gustó.

Cons:

El personal del hotel estaba por las noches con el móvil viendo videos con el volumen muy alto en el sofá que hay en la recepción, que está justo delante de la puerta de las habitaciones. Otro día, una chica de recepción cantando. Por lo que para descansar era molesto. Entiendo que no tienen la cultura de turismo y hospedaje que pueda tener España pero unos mínimos deberían cumplir.
