Pros:

It’s very close to so many attractions and activities literally 10minutes for almost everything in old town Tbilisi. Best for solo travel or even family it is very quiet and peaceful. Even tho it doesn’t include breakfast service there are so many restaurants with local food 2minutes walk and near to peace of bridge and mother of Georgia and 6minutes to the famous clock tower as well.

Cons:

There was nothing wrong, but if you are looking for a place with a view it might not be the right fit cause it’s between other buildings.

Super Unterkunft für einen kürzeren oder längeren Aufenthalt in Tbilisi.
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top, um die Altstadt zu erkunden, aber auch andere sehenswerte Orte sind bequem zu Fuss oder mit ÖV erreichbar. Das Hotel liegt gleichzeitig zentral, aber ruhig in einem Hinterhof.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Check-In und einfache Dinge können trotz Sprachbarriere (Georgisch / Russisch, kein Englisch) problemlos gelöst werden, für alle "kompliziertere Anliegen" gibt es einen WhatsApp-Chat, bei welchem man auch auf Englisch Unterstützung erhält (bspw. Transfer vom/zum Flughafen, ...).
Waren nur zwei Nächte dort, aber haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Muhakkak gelin herkese tüm samimiyetimle söylüyorum bunu
Pros:

Samimi çok tatlı insanlar var nevresimler tuvalet vs her detay aşırı temizdi bize ortak bir dilde zor anlaşsakta çok ciddi yardımcı oldular dönüşümüzde birden fazla alternatif sundular konumu özellile direk cadde üstündeydik ve her yere yürüyerek ulaştık her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz!!!!

Otelin konumunun her yere yakın olması bizi mutlu etti. Tatilimizin planlanmasından, başlangıcına ve bitişine kadar çok güzel ilgilenildi ve her türlü sorunumuza hızlı bir şekilde çözüm bulundu.

Очень отзывчивый персонал!
Всегда готовы помочь! Не отходили буквально не на минуту!!! Расположение великолепное!!! Предложили трансфер до аэропорта! Вобщем внимание уделяют по полной!

Cons:

Большой номер с барной стойкой оказался в подвале, впрочем его сразу предложили поменять, но мы его оставили!
Не понравился резкий запах канализации в ванной и туалет, дверца у входа и не закрывается до конца!
В обоих номерах было холодновато, но мы и были в начале февраля!!!

В Тбилиси это был третий отель, где проживали и, пожалуй, самый лучший - удобное расположение, парковка, отзывчивые люди

החדר בסך הכל חמוד מאד.נקיון על בסיס יומי.מים רותחים במקלחת וזרם חזק.אנחנו קיבלנו את החדר בקומה הראשונה אז נחסך מאיתנו הטיפוס במדרגות לקומות העליונות.

Cons:

אנחנו ישנו בחדר מספר 2 בקומה הראשונה.המזרון על המיטה ראה ימים טובים יותר.הקפיצים בלטו והמזרן היה שקוע במרכז.
