Pros:

Очень хорошее расположение, в номере чисто. Единственное , кто не любит по лестницам ходить, то будет напряжно на 3й этаж подниматься . Вкусный завтрак, по домашнему.

Для физически здоровой, беспрезентной молодежи !

Очень удачное Распололожение , с видом на красивую оживленную улицу внизу шикарный ресторан Old Time, было достаточно чисто , базовый завтрак.

Cons:

Прежде чем попасть в апартаменты , отелем в настоящем понимании этого слова я бы конечно это не назвала , надо подняться на 3 Ий этаж , 4 пролета по очень высоким ступеням ( я имею в виду высоту , размер самой ступеньки . Для нас с чемоданами и собачкой , с которой надо было гулять 4 раза в день , эти восхождения превратились в настоящую пытку . При этом прежде чем Вы попадете в комнатку , Вам нужно будет пройти через длинный коридор с ремонтными работами , мешками с цементом и пылью . Удивилась , что на кухне не было микроволновой печи и кофе машины . Растворимый кофе на включенный в стоимость завтрак , было неприятной неожиданностью .

Overall the hotel wasn't bad, the only big plus was the location, because if you decide to come to Tbilisi and just walk around, stroll around the city without a car or taxi, then the hotel's location is ideal for walking and seeing the city. The room was clean, as in the picture, the ventilation and cooling systems worked very well, there were basic amenities in the room, a wardrobe, a table, a chair, shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, soap. It was the hotel administrator or director, who was very hospitable, welcomed us, helped us get settled, and was always in touch.

Cons:

The hotel was small, there were about 6 rooms, it was not really a problem, the main minuses were that the corridor of the hotel was terribly dirty and it was located on the 3rd floor of the building, which you have to climb on foot, since there was no elevator․ There was no toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, and there was no separate kettle, coffee and tea set in the room, they were placed in the common kitchen, which was not always convenient to use. And for the future, I think it is worth working on the breakfast, since there was no variety. There was a parking problem, because it was right in the center, you had to look for a place to park behind the hotel, where there were residential buildings and they were fully parked

Die Lage ist top, die Aussicht vom Balkon auch.

Cons:

Die Rezeption war nie besetzt, der Betreiber war nur 1x persönlich anwesend für die Zahlung. Ansonsten konnte man Kontakt zum Hotel nur per Whatsapp haben, bzw. man war sozusagen dazu gezwungen. Check-In wurde auch per Whatsapp durchgeführt, den Zimmerschlüssel musste ich mir selbst von der Rezeption nehmen. Im Zimmer waren viele Haare in der Dusche und Flecken auf Handtüchern und Bettwäsche, in der Bettdecke außerdem ein Loch. Gestaubsaugt wurde anscheined auch nicht, denn es waren viele kleine Haare auf dem Boden, die definitiv nicht von mir selbst sein konnten. Frühstück gab es auf Nachfrage nur vom 10-12 Uhr, obwohl in der Buchung 9-12 Uhr steht; ich hab dann darauf verzichtet. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ließ sich nicht abschalten und hat daher auch nachts störende Geräusche gemacht.
