Pros:

A cozy, nice hotel. It's perfectly fine for a one-night stay. Good location.

Cons:

There's no coffee at breakfast, other than instant.
The rooms are old but clean. The bed creaks, and there's a construction site directly across from and to the side of the hotel (but fortunately, they don't work at night).

Location is ideal to start discovering Batumi.
Host is post helpfull.
Good Georgian breakfast, wirh fesh products and all homemade.

Pros:

Гарна локація. Поряд все що потрібно, ресторани/кафе, магазин, кавʼярня. В кімнаті і ванній кімнаті було все необхідне. Привітний персонал. Гарні, домашні сніданки.

Хорошее расположение.

Номер хороший, только где-то недодумано. Чуть-чуть добавить, столик для чаепития (вина), в коридоре есть чайник, пакетики чая закончились и новых не было два дня. Конечно завтраки мы включили, было вкусно.

Cons:

Не хватило сушилки, столика, бокалов, штопора, улыбок. Чувствуешь себя по-настоящему в гостях, куда напросился сам. "Ехал , ехал и говоришь, мы остановимся на две ночи, а тебе в ответ НУ ЛАДНО, НО ТОЛЬКО НА ДВЕ". Конечно в ответ нам улыбались, но улыбка падала через секунду. Все мы люди, всякое бывает. Пишу исключительно свои впечатления.

Výborná poloha v centru města, přitom v klidnější ulici. Čisto, snídaně skromná, ale výborná. Majitelka milá, vstřícná.

agradable hotel, cerca del centro.
Pros:

el hotel es una casa antigua, bien conservada. La habitación no es demasiado grande, pero es confortable, lo mismo el baño. El desayuno es fantástico, variado . la misma dueña hace pastas y pasteles diferentes cada día, todos muy buenos.

Cons:

el horario del desayuno es a partir de las 9 de la mañana, no es práctico si quieres salir de excursión pronto o tienes que tomar un transporte temprano

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hostess is incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, making you feel at home from the very first moment. The hotel itself is small and cozy, with a unique charm — beautifully decorated with original furniture and thoughtful design details that create a special atmosphere.

The room is well-equipped with everything you might need: air conditioning, a TV, and a comfortable, modern shower. If needed, the hostess is happy to provide additional items such as a hairdryer and an iron.

The breakfasts are absolutely delightful and truly homemade. The hostess bakes everything herself — delicious pies, pancakes, and even fresh bread. Everything is incredibly tasty and prepared with care.

We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again!
