Pros:

Останавливались по дороге в Местия. Очень чисто и уютно. Отопление можно регулировать самостоятельно. Также есть кондиционер,который работает и на тепло, и на холод. Есть общая кухня,в которой есть всё необходимое,чтобы приготовить еду. Но можно сходить в ресторан. Их вокруг много. Нам очень понравился ресторан Гала в соседнем здании,где каждый вечер живая музыка. Гостиница в самом центре старого Кутаиси около прекрасного парка и фонтана. Хозяйка - очень добрая заботливая женщина. Угостила нас вином, проводила ночью, напоив на дорогу чаем с вареньем. Всегда была рядом и готова была помочь во всём. Мы оставили чемодан и на несколько дней уехали кататься на лыжах, а когда вернулись,нас ждала тёплая комната с белоснежным бельём, горячий душ с хорошим напором воды. Привезли- отвезли на машине ( в гостинице есть такая услуга). Прекрасные люди- ощущение,что побывал у своих родных. Легко,просто,уютно, комфортно. Приятно думать, что в следующий раз, не нужно искать и угадывать, где остановиться. Обязательно вернёмся. Спасибо вам за заботу!

Расположение отличное - в самом центре города. Вход в гостиницу находится в колоритном грузинском дворике с развешанным для просушки бельем. Есть трансфер: хозяин гостиницы может отвезти на автостанцию или в аэропорт. Может и на экскурсию по окрестностям свозить. Завтрак был простой, но достаточно обильный. Его стоимость показалась немного завышенной.

Cons:

Окно в номере было на улицу, ночью временами было шумновато. Не хватало прикроватных лампочек для чтения. Вход в гостиницу находится на втором этаже, подниматься нужно по железной лестнице. Для нас это, несмотря на чемодан, не составляло проблемы, но некоторым гостям может быть неудобно.

Amazing Georgian hospitality with Maya
Pros:

Maya, the owner, is the sweetest person ever! She was really kind and waited for us to check in at 2am. The rooms and bathroom are newly refurbished. She also shared with us some local fruits and homemade wine from her family, just a lovely experience. She is very welcoming, always with a smile on her face, she really showed us the warmth of Georgian hospitality. Thank you for everything Maya, and Loui (her cute dog). The location is also amazing, close to the main square.

Cons:

We had to do a little trick for the flush to work, but apart from that, everything was great!

4. 테라스 너무 좋음(호텔어서 유일한 방. 대신 도로 앞이라 소음 심함)
5. 호스트가 너무 친절하심

어쩔수없음. 테라스 있는 방이 도로 바로 앞이라 잘때 예민한 분은 피해야함.

Tricky to find the hotel even with the location
Cons:

In advance, previous to my arrival, I contacted the hotel to clarify my time of arrival. They confirmed it and when I arrived no one was waiting for me, I had to knock on the door many times for several minutes at 3:00 am with help from people from the street till someone finally open the door.
