Pros:

I really enjoyed my three-night stay at the Edelweiss Hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, creating a cozy, home-like atmosphere throughout my visit. The location is excellent as well—only a 5–7 minute walk to the Shino lift, making it very convenient for skiing. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing staff, good location, lovely breakfast
Pros:

The staff are all incredible, really welcoming, lovely and helpful. We had a great night having drinks with them, it was so fun and they made us feel like part of the family. We’ve loved our stay because of them!
Great breakfast, location is close enough to town but far enough to be peaceful. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you all!!

Khatona is the hotel super star!
Pros:

the host Khatona was exceptional, she welcome me with big smile, do quick check in and take my extremely heavy luggage to the 3rd floor all by herself!! she answer sll question with big smile, she is a happiness maker and deserve a rise!
the balcony is almost 360 view

Cons:

there weren't any facilities like kettle or fridge. the furniture is kinda old and the room is big but the lack of furniture arrangement make it feel tight and hard to move around.

Hi hem estat molt bé
Pros:

Servei molt atent i amable. És un hotel familiar i això es nota en el tracte proper i càlid. Sobretot per part de la noia que és responsable de pràcticament tot.
Hotel pràctic per passar uns dies esquiant a Gudauri ja que ofereix comoditat i és acollidor.
L'esmorzar es variat i abundant.

Cons:

Els coixins no són els més còmodes del món, força plans.
La dutxa no tancava bé i sortia l'aigua.
En general l'estat de manteniment de l'hotel no és el millor, és força antic i li caldria una mica de manteniment.

Pros:

The breakfast is very poor, no juices, monotonous food.

Cons:

The rom was very dirty. The shower was not cleanes, the trash bin wasn't taken out, I had to ask. The floors were not washed even once in 5 days, The TV did not work.
