Cons:

Электроплита с оголенным проводом, не хватало полотенца для кухни. Также не хватало вешалки для верхней одежды и ложки для обуви.

А вид с балкона шикарный.
Интернет отличный, доброжелательные хозяева.
Местоположение отличное, много кафе рядом, пляж, также площадь Пьяцца, все в пешей доступности.

Мест для парковки мало, но это минус города, а не отеля, так как улицы узкие.

The terrace is a real bonus. In the morning, you can sip coffee overlooking the streets and rooftops, and in the evening, relax to the sounds of the city and the sunset.
Inside, everything was perfect: clean and tidy, with furniture and appliances in good order.
There's air conditioning—a real lifesaver in the summer.
The kitchen is basic: a kettle, stove, refrigerator, and microwave. It's perfect for preparing simple meals, which is a nice touch for longer stays.

The location is superb – almost in the heart of the Old Town. Everything you need: cafes, restaurants, shops, and attractions – is within walking distance.
The promenade and beach are a 5-10-minute walk away, making it very convenient and pleasant.
The terrace offers a beautiful view – of the Old Town, and sometimes the sea or mountains.
