ארוחת הבוקר הייתה בסדר גמור ,לא היה מבחר גדול, גדול , אבל בהחלט היה מספיק. צוות המטבח עבד סביב השעון , לא הייתה שנייה שהיה חסר משהו. צוות הקבלה חביב ,המלון טוב מאוד. נקי, מסודר,

המיקום. אומנם כתוב קרוב למרכז אבל....איזו דרך מפותלת ומתפתלת....והעלייה..... נסעתי משם רק במוניות.

Kahvaltı ve yataklarında rahatlığı genel olarak iyidi.

Cons:

Odalarda temizlik kartı kapıya asılmadan temizlik yapılmıyor ve benim odamda kart yoktu. 21.02 deki lobby personeline öğleden önce temizlik yapılmasını talep etmeme rağmen unutmuş ve akşam dönüşte sanki hiç bilmiyormuş gibi mazaretler söyledi. Personelden hiç memnun olmadım. Konumu yamaçta dik yokuşta şehir dışı kalıyor fakat genel olarak tarihi binaları görmek açısından iyi olabilir.

Pros:

That it was clean and comfortable and they helped me check in to my room much earlier than the check-in time which I appreciate. The staff was nice and helpful.

Pros:

The dining hall was beautiful.
The staff at the reception were friendly, and their English was very good.

Cons:

It is located in a quiet side street, surrounded by houses.
Although TV was listed among the amenities, it was not working. We asked about it, but were told that it was not known when it would be fixed.
The facility can help with transportation if you wish, but I recommend using a taxi. If you use the facility’s vehicle, you pay three times the normal price.
For room cleaning, only the toilet paper was changed. No proper cleaning was done.
There is no minibar or refrigerator in the room.

Ну если вам уж так хочется спать в рабочую смену, оставьте вы ключ на ресепшене с ФИО гостем, сами бы заселились!!
Cons:

У нас было позднее заселение из-за ночного переезда, при том, что номер забронировали за день до прилета, отель был в курсе времени прибытия, и по итогу в пол5 утра мы ждали 50 минут, чтобы хоть кто-то нас заселил. На сообщения не отвечали, на звонки так же, ключ на ресепшене оставлен не был, по итогу после 50 минут ожидания нас встретил заспанный администратор, без банального извинения, мол вот ключ, номер такой-то… да, люди же после ночного перелета хотят сидеть и дозваниваться до кого-то, чтобы попасть в номер и наконец поспать. Отвратительное отношение, испортилось все впечатление!

Pros:

Very clean room and bathroom, good breakfast. There is also a coffee machine in the room which is nice. Comfortable beds, very spacious rooms.

Cons:

The breakfast was tasty but it didn’t change so it kind of starts to annoy you on the third day or so. Still I would stay in this hotel again anyway, it’s very good for its price-point
