Pros:

Останавливались в этом отеле и остались в полном восторге! Очень чистые и уютные номера, приятный интерьер и удобная кровать — спалось прекрасно. Персонал вежливый и внимательный, всегда готовы помочь. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Атмосфера спокойная и комфортная, чувствовали себя как дома. Обязательно вернёмся снова!

Our favorite place to stay in Tbilisi. Stayed here not for the first time. Perfectly clean, really perfectly. Very cozy. Silent neighborhood. In the studio you have everything you need, including small kitchen with cooking utensils, dishes, cups, etc. Good-quality always clean bed linen, cotton clean towels. And very hospitable host!

Cons:

No elevator, but for us it does not matter. Also the host always helps to bring the luggage upstairs and downstairs, if needed.
