It was perfect! I would definitely choose this hotel again!
Pros:

Tedo was an amazing employee at Gistola Hotel; he constantly went above and beyond to make sure his guests were happy.
He was very kind, attentive and professional! I can tell he truly loves his job - which is a rare thing to see! His English is excellent and he's clearly very knowledgeable and well-educated on his country’s culture and history. I especially appreciated that he took the time to show us one of the oldest defensive towers, uniquely built by women - a kind gesture he didn’t have to make but one that made our trip even more memorable. Tedo fulfilled all our needs and made our stay unforgettable. Thank you, Tedo - wishing you continued success in everything you do!

Pros:

Sehr zuvorkommendes, bemühtes und hilfsbereites Personal. Das bisher einige Hotel mit Müsli und Obst, es gab sogar Kaviar und Lachs. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt einen Pool zum Entspannen. Toller Ausblick vom Balkon mit Hollywoodschaukel. Das Zimmer ist eher eine gesamte Wohnung. Und die einzigen Kissen bisher, die nicht zu hart waren.

Cons:

Schade, dass die Sauna extra und viel zu viel kostet (halber Übernachtungspreis), ich hab sie deswegen nicht genutzt.

Flawless service from start to finish. Tedo, the hotel manager, and the entire team set a new bar for hospitality - happy to assist with any question, arranging everything we needed, and resolving any concern immediately. Huge thanks to Tedo and crew for an unforgettable stay. If it isn’t clear: this is for sure the best place to stay in Mestia.

经理tedo和前台的小姐姐非常热心，我们提供的所有要求都尽可能满足我们，我和朋友回第比利斯的香草航空的航班因天气原因取消了，然后也很尽责的帮我们联系了包车司机回第比利斯
早餐很丰富，咖啡很香，比第比利斯的好喝
酒店经理送的saperavi红酒非常好喝！！！
房间很大很干净，阳台也很棒！

Cons:

地点在村口，虽然离机场超级近，但是离村里略有点远，但是去村里可以跟酒店说，都会安排车辆接送

Pros:

We were here in shoulder season so it felt like we had the place to ourselves! The staff is great, they offered a shuttle whenever we needed it, and the rooms were very comfortable. They had a very nice breakfast buffet.

Everything exceeded our expectations.
