Pros:

Понравилось всё,начиная с мега позитивной хозяйки,рассположение отличное,вроде и центр,но улица тихая.Сам дом это отдельное настроение,в номере есть все удобства для беззаботного отдыха👍

徒歩5分で商店やバス乗り場があるので便利な場所だった
エアコンがあるので暑い日でも涼しく過ごせる
紅茶やコーヒーを置いてくれている
食器が十分にある
洗濯物干しが二つある
リーズナブルな価格

Cons:

トイレやシャワーが少し不潔。
シャワールームの水垢やぬめりが気になる。
トイレの窓が開きぱなし(コンセントがあって閉めれない)ので中庭のタバコの匂いが入ってきたり、トイレの音が聞こえそうで少し不安でした。

Затишно і зручно
Pros:

Дуже класний і затишний готель. Апартаменти з окремим входом, своєю кухонькою, холодильником, з двома (!) туалетами. Не жарко в приміщеннях, можна добре відпочити від літньої спеки) Ніхто не заважав нікому - як вдома були.
Сподобалося навіть старенькій мамі.
Нам дуже допомогли з викликом таксі (всі в'їжали / ви'їзжали в різний час - проблем потрапити не було навіть тим, хто приїхав вночі).
Нас добре зорієнтували по місту - де що знайти, як куди дістатися.
Надзвичайно вдячні Маріні. Якщо ще будемо в Тбілісі - знаємо, де зупинится.

Cozy stay in Tbilisi
Pros:

It’s located in a local quiet neighborhood. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can do free laundry here and there’s a well-equipped shared kitchen where you can cook for yourself. The wifi was great too! There were also many shops nearby for groceries.

Pros:

I particularly appreciated the wonderful woman who manages the hotel. She was incredibly flexible and always ready to help with anything I needed. Being able to use the kitchen was a fantastic bonus, and it truly made me feel like I was at home during my stay.

Cons:

I was truly perplexed and frankly quite disgusted to find the bathroom in such a state of disarray. There was visible dirt and grime on every surface – the sink, the toilet, even the floor. This level of uncleanliness was frankly unacceptable and significantly detracted from my overall experience.

Superb
Pros:

Our host was very friendly and willing to answer any questions we might have. We appreciated having the opportunity to cook our own meals and use the apartment’s terrace. Also the location is excellent!

Cons:

The beds are a bit uncomfortable but fine for one night.

I had a lovely time staying at Sunflower Hotel- would definitely recommend it to others
Pros:

I had a lovely time staying at Sunflower Hotel. It was everything I needed - good price, really calm, quiet, comfortable and comfortable bed, clean, the owner Khatia was really helpful and friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. I really liked the location too - a short walk to great parts of the city.
The garden is really nice too.
All in all I loved it here and would definitely recommend it to others.
