Not comfortable sleep
Pros:

Nice view and smaller calm hotel

Cons:

The mattresses in the hotel are like 20 years old and not comfortable at all. Advertised sauna was not in service.

Отель чистый, просторные номера. Вид с балкона завораживает.
Вай фай хороший, быстрый. Завтраки шикарные, мы наедались. В номере тепло, горячая вода, удобная широкая кровать. Мы остались довольны

Cons:

Возможно расположение не всем подойдет, но на машине в принципе удобно. Зато вид с холма на Казбек и посёлок отличный

Very nice and scenic location, far from road and very quiet.
We had a complimentary early check-in and that was super convenient.
Good linens and towels.

Cons:

No table, no fridge, no wardrobe, no safebox, no chairs. Only beds and one armchair. The room in the photos looks bigger than it is. The doors are made of wood and as a result do not isolate you from anyone loud.
The bathroom is so tiny that you take shower in the sink.
Let's be honest a 4-star accommodation should have at least a table, a minibar and a safebox.

Отличнейший отель для ночевки в пограничной зоне. Вид из окна и с веранды ресторана просто умопомрачительный! Завтрак шведский стол, не сильно разнообразный, но достаточный, чтобы подкрепиться с утра. Номера простые, но комфортные. Кондиционеры отсутствуют, летом в целом не жарко в горах, а вот как греются зимой-непонятно. Парковка перед зданием отеля небольшая, 4-5 машин влезает. Размещением остался доволен 😊

Cons:

Поздним вечером были проблемы с водоснабжением, но персонал быстро исправил ситуацию и даже угостили кофе за завтраком)
