Pros:

The view from the property is amazing it’s a quiet and nice place. The room is neat and clean; however, the bed is too hard.

Cons:

The staff’s behavior was disappointing they weren’t welcoming at all and seemed like they really disliked their job. It made the stay feel uncomfortable despite the nice property.

Great Kazbegi option
Pros:

A quaint little hotel just off the city centre, very lovely staff, rooms on the mountain side have amazing view.
Very nice breakfast, cozy and well maintained. the wooden floors add a lot of character.

Cons:

One huge problem is that there is no elevator - the rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor are stairs only, and there was no staff to help us with the luggage either. this should be mentioned as it can be a big problem for guests.

Pros:

Das Frühstück und das Ambiente beim Frühstück war wunderbar. Hinzu kommt die tolle Sicht auf die Berge. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr engagiert und freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem ist es gepflegt. Eine Auffrischung der Zimmer könnte insgesamt den Eindruck sicher noch verbessern.

Очень удобное месторасположение, шикарный вид на горы, хороший сытный завтрак, приветливый администратор, чисто и довольно уютно, в номере есть чайник, чай и кофе.

Cons:

Единственный минус это отсутствие шкафа и тумб не совсем удобно.

推荐入住，虽然有点小缺点，但不影响总的体验
Pros:

我弄错了订单内容，以为包含早餐，经提醒后现场付了早餐费，酒店位置绝佳，几乎是网红店rooms的平替版，但性价比高的多，房间内就可以欣赏教堂和雪山，房间很大，有供暖，早餐也丰富

Cons:

浴室干湿不能分离，洗澡很容易弄湿卫生间，房间充电插座太少，仅有的两个插座位置离地面太近，很不方便

服务员热情耐心，老板超级热心，开车带我们转了不少独家景色。

Mixed feelings, nice hotel but could need some improvement

Nice interior and great views to Mt.Katzpek. Tasty food in the restaurant but suggest to avoid half board if you are hungry.

Cons:

False information about spa/wellness area in booking com. hotel information (photo added). Sauna is there and you can book it for additional charge as mentioned, but do not expect a spa/wellness area.
We booked half board and first night the food we received was very tasty and good amount, just without desert. I asked for wine, I saw the girl was a bit overloaded so I said she can just come to us when she’s ready but she never did.
2nd night we were told the menu we got offered yesterday, was wrong and we need to choose from another menu. We had to decide for same dish for both of us to share, which is ok. But we did not expect we get served one small soup to share between 2 persons! Bread only got served when I specially asked for it. We did not get 2nd plate for desert (served on 1 plate) to share. I just picked some clean ones myself. This menu defiantly was not enough to share, I would expect at least a soup served per person and a bread to go with soup and mushrooms served.
