Pros:

1. Great location - 3 minutes walk to the city center (if you're a slow walker).
2. Positive and helpful staff - they were super helpful over any minor issue, always available to reach, helping with personal matters even outside the hotel.
3. Additional benefits - on the first floor of the hotel, they have a patisserie and a cosy cafe space with delicious desserts, big variety of live tea, coffie and hot chocolate. It's easily noticeable that they care for quality, I've seen customers coming there from all around mestia. The smell of the apple pie (my favourite) is noticeable from the lobby, stairs and the halls, most delicious smell you'll meet in Mestia.
On the first floor, near the reception there's also space for rest, play boardgames like chess, backgammon, or play quietly on their electric grand piano.
4. Rooms - Clean rooms, with a good view on every side of the building, bathroom has everything you need. The water plumbing system works great, you can enjoy stone cold or hell hot showers, as you prefer. Doors to Balconies are soundproof. There is no air conditioning but you don't necessarily need one, even in the hottest days of summer with slightly opened balcony doors you have just perfect temperature in the room. No bugs were noticed in the room while my stay. Beds are very clean and comfortable, I slept like a baby.
5. Breakfast - On the second floor there's a very nice space for breakfast, with mountain view. As I noticed, outside the breakfast hours there's a clean kitchen you can use, I used it several times for making tea, but I guess you can bring and enjoy your own food as well (that's my guess).
6. Restaurant - if you're tired and want to eat nearby there's a very delicious restaurant right next door.

Will definitely stay there again.

숙소의 위치가 좋았고, 청결했습니다.

Cons:

아침 식사시간이 8시30분으로 너무 늦어서 이른 산행출발이 어려웠고, 아침식사의 질이 너무 간단해서 가격대비 가성비가 좋지 않았어요.
조식을 좀 더 풍성하게 개선해 주시길 바랍니다.

Erste Wahl bei Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Herzlichkeit!
Pros:

Super gemütliche und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Entspannte Atmosphäre, 1A aufmerksamer Service, sehr persönliche Umgebung. Tekla spricht sehr gut deutsch und ist eine Seele von Mensch.

Een warm verblijf in een zeer centraal gelegen, familiaal kleinschalig hotel die hun uiterste best doen om je een uitste

Recent gerenoveerd. Proper, comfortabel bed en lekker ontbijt. Ongelooflijk vriendelijke en warme ontvangst, de uitbaters helpen je met alle vragen mbt transport, tips over en organisatie van uitstappen etc. Heerlijke koffie- en taartwinkel op de gelijkvloers.

Cons:

Als je gevoelig bent aan straatlawaai, vraag je best een kamer aan de achterkant. ‘‘s Nachts wordt het wel stil op straat.
