here in a few months but if it survives - avoid!

The room was fairly comfy

Cons:

The bathroom had no loo paper and the loo didn’t flush wnd was stained. Shower was broken and my son’s toilet seat was broken. Breakfast was very poor and set in a filthy kitchen where the sink was full of unwashed dishes

Pros:

Location was good in the city

Cons:

We booked room for 4 people, got a room that is comfortable for 3 people, there were only 3 towels in the room.
Bathroom door made a lot of noice, wasn’t that clean, had to wait for hot water for long time, sewage smell.
Breakfast was really weak.

Excellente étape pour atteindre la frontière arménienne en venant de Turquie.
Pros:

Tres bien situé. Grande hauteur sous plafond et 2 grandes fenêtres donnant sur un parc municipal. Accueil très sympathique de Serguei.

L'hotel è un viaggio nel passato, comunque accogliente come il suo proprietario, molto disponibile e sorridente.
La camera è di ampie dimensioni e posizione buona, di fronte a un parco.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Pulizia della camera un po' superficiale, potrebbe essere maggiormente valorizzato il bel cortile interno anche ad uso dei clienti.

Comunist times are back.
Pros:

Interesting building from the comunist era. Safe parking. Somehow, friendly manager. Good breakfast that will surprise you. In the center but quiet. It's an experience to sincronyze minds with the manager.

A little over average.
Pros:

Location is good. It's a small town and the hotel is in the central area adjacent to the park. There is a very good restaurant a 1 minute walk also next to the park where beer is 3 lari and food dishes 10 Lari. The hotel is nice enough. The bathroom was clean with all the essentials provided - toilet paper, shower gel and disposable slippers. The room has a television and water, and WiFi was decent enough.

Cons:

The owner was quite unfriendly when I arrived asking to see my reservation outside the hotel. When I mentioned I booked via bookingdotcom he asked me to cancel. When I paid he gave me 3 less Lari change. The price matches the standard. I paid 75 Lari in the end. I wouldn't stay again though. Breakfast was simple but included. There are not many options in the town.
