Decent stay, good location. Basement room could be improved
Pros:

Pros:

Отличное месторасположение. На тихой улочке и с потрясающим видом на Куру. Всё рядом. Можно нагуляться до обеда, прийти отдохнуть и через пару часов снова окунуться в грузинскую историю и гостеприимство

Прекрасный отель, чистые номера, верхние два номера с восхитительным видом на Куру и старый город. Завтрак континентальный, стандартный, достаточно разнообразный. Смело можем рекомендовать

Cons:

К сожалению лифта нет, что продиктовано особенностью старого города и исторических зданий, поэтому подъем багажа или передвижения людей с ограниченными возможностями могут быть проблематичны

Я очень люблю этот отель - не знаю, за что больше))). Первое: в 5 минутах ходьбы станция метро Авлабари и в 10 минутах - «старый город», то есть самый центр, где вся жизнь; в 15 минутах театр марионеток Резо Габриадзе - это, что называется, must have, то есть обязательно к посещению. Второй раз в этом чудесном месте и в том же номере - тут балкон прям над рекой, хорошо видно Мать Грузию на горе. Завтрак континентальный и вполне стандартный; а вот выпечка - домашняя и совершенно волшебная)) Если еще когда буду в Тбилисо - только сюда, к тем же приветливым и очаровательным девушкам, работающим в отеле. И в тот же номер)

Отель прекрасно расположен, достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Персонал дружелюбный, быстро отвечал на вопросы и просьбы, всегда с улыбкой и радушием. Из аэропорта был трансфер, очень удобно. Номер у нас был небольшой, но уютный, постель удобная. Уборка каждый день, но мы просили не всегда её делать. В номере маленький холодильник, посуда, приборы, чайник и кофе/чай в пакетиках. Утром завтрак, всего хватало. Когда рано уезжали на экскурсию - нам собирали ланч-бокс. Внизу у ресепшн бесплатная чача, иногда брали на ужин 😊 Отдохнули отлично, спасибо персоналу. Рекомендуем этот отель

Cons:

Единственное, что немного омрачило наше пребывание - это последние три дня в номере нам было холодно, хоть и на улице было тепло, батареи не могли включить, но персонал заботливо дал нам обогреватель, включали его.

a good location and fairly helpful staff but ruined by the room I got put in

hotel was clean and basic facilities were good the hotel location was very good and staff were on the whole friendly and helpful

Cons:

I had requested a room with a view but got put in a dark room with only a stone wall to look at ! although there were plenty of rooms with view available they said that it was your fault and that the booking that you arranged couldn`t be changed when I requested why this is they wouldn`t be more specific they did say that all the rooms were booked anyway but I was there when one evening when 2 girls turned up requesting a room that they wanted to see before moving in which had a view and they got it so clearly all the rooms couldn`t have been occupied and to be honest I found my room to be quite depressing and it ruined my stay!

Pros:

Хорошее расположение, рядом старый город, метро. В номере довольно симпатичный интерьер. Приятный, гостеприимный персонал. Красивый вид на реку с террасы общего пользования, там и завтракали и сидели вечерами с друзьями.
Завтраки неплохие, все строго необходимое, без излишеств. Кофе был прям вкусный, жаль что был доступ к нему только по утрам

Cons:

Наше окно/балкон выходило в стену, буквально в 50см стена. Мы по сути были под землей в этом номере. Это слегка разочаровало, из описания не поняли что нас ждет.

Felt very at home.
Pros:

Beautiful, home-cooked breakfast. Lady in charge was so friendly, but not a word of English - she couldn't do enough for us - even gave us a different room with a balcony overlooking the river.
