Superb
Pros:

Great location away from everything, staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious. The garden is great especially for kids to play. Their dog is super sweet. We could not use the pool as the season had not opened yet, but it looked huge so hopefully next time we can!

Cons:

Bit old school style, could have been a little cleaner (e.g. spider webs). We asked for breakfast for one morning, which is mostly boiled eggs and sausages, which is often the case for Georgia. We did not order the next day, as it did not meet our expecations.

No possibility to have breakfast or a meal. Hotel is located at the edge of a small town. Beds where small and not the most comfortable

Amazing place !!!
Pros:

We stayed in the property for one night. It is located in beautiful oak forest and the owners are very friendly. We had delicious breakfast and swam in their brand new swimming pool. The rooms we had were lovely, modern with very comfy beds. The place is super clean and it was pleasure to stay there. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Very nice but need improvement
Pros:

The apartment with private kitchen and bathroom was in a good condition, very clean and was well equipped.
The garden/yard with many big oak trees feels like you are in the forest.
The staff was very friendly and willing to assist.
Good value for money.
The complex has big potential for improvement and can be great.

Cons:

The garden and the yard need better housekeeping and renovation, some recreational items were in poor condition (volley ball net, basketball rim/basket ...)
Some corners of the yard are not safe for the little children to play alone.
Some status are poor quality and getting old.
Lunch and dinner service was not available at the hotel.
Mosquitos in the evening and at night (however the apartment was equipped with nets on the window frames).
