Pros:

Hotel was absolutely comfortable with beautiful views, Staff were very good and food was delicious. I am looking forward to visit again Mestia and stay in hotel Ramaz Paliani.

Pros:

Good hotel with nice view, clean rooms, breakfast included.

Cons:

Slightly overpriced, breakfast is pretty poor, location is not very comfartable, I spent pretty much time to find it by car, google maps builds route incorrectly.
