Good location, decent and comfortable accommodation.

Cons:

The balcony door should be adjusted so that it closes properly, because at the moment outside noise gets in and it's difficult to sleep without earplugs.

The room should also have a kettle, as cafés in Kutaisi open very late. For those of us who come from countries where people start their day early, it's inconvenient not being able to have a morning coffee.

Great location and a very friendly staff.

Cons:

My negativity is the the big Confederate flag saying "the south will rise again" upon entering the building. It's quite offensive and racist. It made us unsure if we should stay there.
