Der Ausblick ist sehr schön. Das Hotel ist sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich. Ein Mitarbeiter, Georgiy, ist sehr wertvoll und qualifiziert. Ohne ihn wäre unser Aufenthalt nicht dasselbe gewesen. Beim Frühstück hat nichts gefehlt, es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei und alles war sehr lecker. Die Dame, die das Frühstück zubereitet hat, war sehr nett und hat alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt.

Cons:

Alles super!
Eine Dusche beim Pool wäre allerdings gut.

Тихое спокойное место, бассейн с чистой водой, уборка номера ежедневно, замена постельного и принадлежностей гигиены часто, хочу заметить что подушки одеяла не пахнут 👍Удобная столовая зона завтраки очень вкусные и сытные , персонал очень приветливый заботливый , имеется парковка для нас это было очень важно

Потрясающий отель с очень вежливыми и приветливыми работниками. Очень приятное ощущение осталось после этого отеля. Если бы мы знали пораньше об этом отеле то останавились бы там изначально. Обязательно посетим еще раз когда поедем в Тбилиси.

Cons:

То что нет лифта. Но это вообще не проблема так как там все помогают :)

Nous sommes arrivés après minuit, à la suite d'un trajet éprouvant. L'équipe de l'hôtel le savait et nous attendait avec des bouteilles d'eau et un plateau de fruits frais !
Leur gentillesse et leurs attentions se sont distinguées tout au long du séjour. Mention spéciale pour Karen, qui est très professionnel.

The view of the river from the balcony . The staff were friendly and helpful especially karen and deni and the ladies too

The bathroom needs much care the beds the towels the TV. doesn’t work the whole room needs to be renewed . The bathroom has to fix a hose - water bidet for muslims

Superb
Pros:

The hotel is very nice, the location was amazing with a great view on the river and mountain, the staff was great and very helpful, we made a mistake in the family members number but they accommodate us and gave us a bigger room without extra charge, we love the place and will highly recommend it for families especially if you want a quiet place, and it's not far away from the city and a lot of supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

Great value for money, super friendly staff
Pros:

Very good location, just like 4-5 minutes from metro, cozy little hotel.
Extremelly helpful staff, even provided us with extra free services.
Clean and spacious room, bathroom the same, provided with all needed.
Good and rich breakfast.
We did enjoy the stay and would stay again.

Cons:

Area is a bit busy with car traffic. parking was a bit of challenge,but staff helped us.

Great value of money
Pros:

- The staff was super friendly
- We had a flight delay we made a late checkout at 4:30 pm.
- The view from the balcony was amazing.
-The room is quite big (we stayed in a family room)
- there is a nice small park with kids play area in front of the hotel.
- Very close to Isani mall
The hotel really is great value of money

Cons:

-The toilet needs a better fan.

Everything else was perfect.
