Vriendelijke mensen, prima prijs kwaliteit,
Pros:

Heel vriendelijke mensen. Doen alles om het je zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. We mochten onze valiezen laten staan (late vlucht) en nog gebruik maken van zwembad. Heel ruime kamer. Wat ouder maar proper. Prima prijs kwaliteit en met Uber snel in stad.

Cons:

Het personeel rookt binnen. Ook al doen ze dat niet in de kamer, je rook het wel in de gangen. Dat is jammer. Wij zijn niet rokers dus het viel ons wel erg op.

Во первых хочется отметить персонал, который старался ради нас выше всех ожиданий. При заезде, нам принесли целый поднос напитков, газированных (кола, фанта, спрайт, мин. вода) так и нет (соки, холодный чай и вода). Дети были в восторге. Кроме этого их постоянно угощали всем, что они просили. Мы сообщили, что рано выезжаем на экскурсию и в последний день в 6 утра выезжаем в аэропорт и не сможем позавтракать, в первый раз, нам приготовили ранний завтрак, стол ломился от еды, а во второй, нам приготовили контейнеры с собой, со стольким количеством еды, дети ели еще по прилету. Персонал всегда был приветливым и делал вещи даже когда их не просили. Мы, особенно дети остались в восторге.

Cons:

Есть минусы, не мешало бы немного освежить номер, особенно ванную с туалетом, но отношение персонала с лихвой их перекрывало.

Прекрасный отель, все соответствовало моим ожиданиям.
Pros:

Впечатления самые прекрасные. Небольшой уютный отель с ухоженным внутренним двориком и бассейном, не далеко от исторического центра , отзывчивый персонал , который готов помогать по любым вопросам, а мне нужна была помощь, большое спасибо! Номер чистый, и комфортный, и он у меня был с балконом, где можно было посидеть с видом на реку Кура и город. Еще раз спасибо за гостеприимство, Рекомендую!

Отель оставил у нас исключительно самые тёплые впечатления! ❤️ Очень гостеприимные, вежливые и доброжелательные хозяева. Мы выезжали рано утром, и для нас заранее собрали завтрак в дорогу это было невероятно приятно и очень трогательно! 🥹❤️ Накормили, напоили, окружили вниманием и заботой всё было просто замечательно.
Для нас вы настоящее воплощение грузинского гостеприимства 🇬🇪❤️ Огромное спасибо за такой тёплый приём!

De eigenaars en het personeel (Gaga is the best) zijn super vriendelijk. Ze helpen waar mogelijk. Het hotel is een haven van rust, zalig zwembad, maar ook dicht bij openbaar vervoer.
