Velmi blízko centra, klidné místo ve starém domě, paní velmi vstřícná. Čisté, útulné.
Pro někoho to může být "staromódní", jsou to pokoje ve starém domě, ale má to své kouzlo. Nečekejte žádný Hilton, ale vynikající poměr ceny a kvality ubytování v kombinaci s vynikající lokalitou.

Очень хороший гостевой дом. Хозяйка очень приветливая и доброжелательная, благодаря ей мы действительно чувствовали себя УВ
как дома. В доме тихо, спокойно и очень чисто. Отдельно понравилась атмосфера и красивая старинная мебель — она придаёт дому особый характер.
Особенно хочу отметить кровать и матрас: матрас достаточно упругий и очень удобный. Для моей спины это оказалось просто идеально — спалось действительно хорошо.
Остались очень приятные впечатления от проживания. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь ещё раз.
Название отеля полностью советует реальности. Это действительно дом конца 19 века с высоченными потолками, голландскими печами и антикварной мебелью. При этом обстановка весьма уютная. Все было чисто и аккуратно. Местоположение супер. До колхидского фонтана идти менее 5 минут. Напротив пекарня, где можно купить горячий грузинский хлеб. Хозяйка очень доброжелательная, угощала вином и пирогом.
Llegué a las 03:00 de la noche del aeropuerto y la dueña me recibió con un trozo de khachapuri y un vaso de vino. El alojamiento estaba perfectamente situado, súper cerca del centro caminando pero tranquilo en cuanto a ruidos.
No hay nada que no me gustara, simplemente hay que saber que no es un hotel moderno de 5 estrellas si no una casa que ya tiene sus años con encanto y anfitriones que se esfuerzan en ser hospitalarios.
La casa è pulita e in posizione ottima per il centro storico. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile. È presente un angolo per preparare caffè, the, etc, e un piccolo frigo in condivisione con gli altri ospiti. La stanza doppia è piccolina, ma funzionale.

Lovely room in a beautiful home right near the centre. The host was so lovely! She welcomed us with coffee and cookies and waited for our return in the evening with some fruit and a glass of local wine.
