Pros:

The location of this house is very near to the center. You can see everything by walking. The owner(women) were welcoming . Give us a welcome free wine and cake which was made by her. Near the house is super shops, restaurant money exchange everything.

Cons:

Well, it's a room inside their family house. The room was super small. The family also lives there beside you so you can hear each other it's like you live with the family . Their toilet flash was not working and no one was there to help because she worked in the day time and other family members maybe (her son or son in law) totally ignored us, we knocked on his door but didn't open. At night they had some family quarrel and it was awkward for us. We paid for 2 days but we left after one day because it was raining and there is nothing much to see and not comfortable to stay at home .

Месторасположение
Историческое здание, в котором расположен гестхаус. Оформление гостиницы в старинном стиле, особенно общих.зон.
В буфетно-обеденной зоне есть чайник, чай, сахар, холодильник, много красивой посуды, и даже старое пианино)
Была на Пасху. В честь праздника хозяйка угощала постояльцев хачапури и вином

Cons:

В номере слышно все, что происходит в общей обеденной зоне. И хорошо, если повезет с деликатными соседями...
Негде разогреть еду, нет микроволновки

Pros:

Zarówno gospodyni, jak i jej córka były bardzo miłe. Gospodyni zrobiła specjalnie dla nas chaczapuri i poczęstowała nas winem. Pokój nie był duży, ale miał wszystko czego potrzeba, żeby przenocować - był czysty, miał podstawowe wyposażenie i znajdował się w bardzo dogodnej lokalizacji praktycznie w centrum Kutaisi. Mogę polecić ten nocleg.

House 1899 лучшее место для того, чтобы остановиться в Кутаиси. Идеальное расположение, самый центр. В 5 минутах пешком есть и магазины, и кафе.

Сами номера очень уютные и аккуратные. В доме высокие потолки, хорошее отопление и очень антуражная атмосфера.

Хозяйка - прекрасная женщина. Очень гостеприимная и внимательная. Создается ощущение, будто ты приезжаешь не как турист, а в гости к родственникам. Если снова посчастливится оказаться в Кутаиси, то возвращаться буду непременно в этот дом

Прекрасное место в Кутаиси с лучшими хозяевами.
Pros:

Дом расположен в полутора (даже не двух) шагах от центра Кутаиси, но по улице особого движения нет, было тихо. Хозяйка живет в этом же доме, мы переживали что поздно прилетаем, но все обошлось без проблем. Очень гостеприимные и отзывчивые хозяева, причем делают все искренне и с душой, это очень приятно. Высокие потолки и вообще приятная старинная обстановка, особенно в "гостиной" - общем зале на несколько комнат, где можно позавтракать. И еще чудесный застекленный "грузинский" балкон по размеру с полкомнаты. Аккуратный санузел, все чистое. Кровати удобные, номер просторный даже для пятерых (нас было 4). Хозяйка посоветовала гида с машиной для поездки по окрестностям Кутаиси - очень хорошо провели день и цены более чем адекватные. (а вот цены на входные билеты на разные природные достопримечательности немного завышены, особенно для детей, но тут ничего не поделаешь. Зато очень советуем исторический музей рядом с прекрасной частной экскурсией за 20 лари). У нас в конце пребывания возникла непредвиденная ситуация, хозяйка искренне вошла в нашу ситуацию и помогла просто прекрасно. Прямо напротив дома пекут у вас на глазах вкусный лаваш за 1 лари и не только. Пишу это и уже хочу обратно.

Cons:

Нам все очень понравилось. Это не 5-звездочный отель, а дом с историей. Да, можно было бы вставить пару стекол на балконе, чтобы в дождь не заливало, но и так было абсолютно прекрасно. Так что не понравилось только то, что пришлось уезжать:)

Incredible stay in the heart of Kutaisi!
Pros:

Guesthouse 1899 exceeded all our expectations! The location is unbeatable — just steps from the central fountain, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the town on foot. Kristina is an amazing and welcoming host; she went above and beyond by helping with our laundry, greeting us each evening with wine and cake, and even making us delicious homemade khachapuri.

The room was comfortable, cosy, and thoughtfully equipped, including robes — perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Incredible value for money and such a warm, personal experience. We can’t recommend Guesthouse 1899 highly enough!
