Pros:

Главные преимущества этого отеля - его расположение и хозяйка. Прямо в центре Старого Тбилиси, в уютном дворике, с возможностью припарковать свой автомобиль. Правда мы не сразу нашли, пришлось немного поблуждать по узким улочкам и спросить местного. Недалеко Spar, на Площади свободы банк с отличным курсом, много кафе и лавочек с сувенирами. Рядом кафе Madame Ch, где кофе и вкусные пирожные Шу.
Хозяйка Заира очень отзывчивая, можно обращаться с любой просьбой, постарается помочь. Нашла нам отличный трансфер во Владикавказ.
Номер нормальный чтобы переночевать, не сидеть же в нём, если вы в таком живописном городе)
Вай-фай работает, есть где погладить, холодильник на этаже, телевизор в номере я так и не поняла, работает ли)

Cons:

Очень крутая винтовая лестница, тяжело тащить чемодан, и деткам маленьким одним лучше не ходить.
Вида из окна скорее нет, поскольку все плотно застроено и рядом ещё строят отель. Но есть зона во дворе где можно посидеть, стол, подвесное кресло.

Cozy family style place in the heart of Tbilisi
Pros:

Location. Right in the middle of old Tbilisi. Walking distance to everything.
Host. Zaira is the best host I ever met. Feel like home.
Facility is simple but clean and nice.

Cons:

Need to have the sign
board visible from outside. We spent some time to find the place.

Отдыхали в этом замечательном доме двумя семьями с маленькими детьми. . Все очень понравилось. Гостеприимство хозяйки выше всех похвал. Очень любим Грузию, очень любим Тбилиси. Обязательно вернемся. С любовью, большая семья из России.

Спасибо Заире за теплый приём ❤️ приятные, добрые люди, красивый дом, уютная атмосфера. Расположение в самом центре города. Принимают как родного человека, чувствуешь себя как дома 😘😘😘

Локация, парковка, балкон с прекрасной террасой и видом на великолепный вид!
Замечательная Заира ! Хозяйка оказалась очень доброй и гостеприимной, всегда была готова помочь и угостить чем- то вкусным 😉
Очень понравилось проживание!Локация замечательная — удобно добираться до всех нужных мест и на транспорте ,и в пешей доступности.Во дворе удобная парковка , что было большим плюсом. В номере чисто, а белье свежее и комфортное. Однозначно рекомендую это место всем, кто ценит уют и внимание !

Gdy przyjechalismy na miejsce, okazalo sie, ze caly hotel jest juz wynajety grupie zorganizowanej. Grzecznie powiedziano nam, ze nie ma miejsc, ale maja cos innego dla nas. Podrozujemy z dwojka malych dzieci, wiec dla spokoju przyjelismy zamiennik. Zamiast pokoju hotelowego, który zarezerwowaliśmy, dostaliśmy pokój prywatny o niższym standardzie kilkaset metrów od hotelu. Dołozono nam niewygodne lozko polowe, a sam pokoj znajdowal sie zaraz za wielkimi metalowymi drzwiami tuz przy ulicy.

Cons:

Niewygodne łóżka. Mimo obniżenia standardu, zmiany lokalizacji i związanych z tym niedogodności, hotel nie obniżył nam ceny za nocleg. Szkoda. Cena nie byla adekwatna do tego, co otrzymaliśmy.
