Pros:

Очень отзывчивые, доброжелательные и внимательные сотрудники отеля. На территории и в номерах отеля есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Удобное расположение к морю. За кухню отдельное спасибо, всё очень вкусно!!! Ни сколько не пожалели, что остановились именно в этом отеле. Великолепно!!!

Pros:

Провели 10 чудесных дней в отеле Exotica. Все очень понравилось. На завтраке шведский стол, всегда есть что выбрать, все свежее и вкусное. Можно воспользоваться питанием на обед и ужин.
В номере есть все, что необходимо. Удобная мебель, на кровати несколько подушек, можно выбрать на чем удобнее кому спать. На балконе стол и пара кресел, приятно отдохнуть.
На пляж можно с собой брать лежаки и зонтики совершенно бесплатно. Пляж рядом, две минуты ходьбы.
на территории есть бассейн, который всегда был очень чистым.
Расположение отеля в тихой зоне Уреки, нет рядом шумных кафе и ресторанов. Для нас это очень важно.

Cons:

В обеденной зоне можно было поставить микроволновку, если что-то нужно подогреть. Но это не критично.

Отличный отдых
Pros:

Отдыхом в этом отеле остались очень довольны. Завтраки вкусные, бассейн всегда чистый, до пляжа всего несколько минут пешком. Персонал приветливый, номера уютные. Отдельная благодарность администратору Мариам-помогла вызвать такси и заранее подготовила сухой паек, так как уезжали рано утром. Хотим вернуться снова!

Pros:

Отдых был идеальным! Даже не ожидали от трех звезд. Чистейшие номера! Очень вкусный шведский стол! Так душевно…отель маленький, кулуарно и очень по семейному!

Cons:

Нет такого. Есть одно маааленькое пожелание - включать музыку в ресторане. Ну чтоб, совсем ощущать релакс ✨

Preis Leistung stimmte nicht
Pros:

- Die Lage war super nahe am Strand, die Außenanlage war sehr schön. Pool konnte auch abends noch genutzt werden. Sehr schön für Familien mit Kindern.
- Frühstück Buffet reichlich aber leider nur Nestcafe, leider keine Früchte, dafür aber viele Salate, Wurst, Käse, Aufläufe, Pommes, Joghurt ....
- Balkon mit Wäscheleine.
- Aufzug in die oberen Etagen
- Bewachter sauberer Strand mit feinem Sand nahe am Hotel
- Zentrale Lage mit Auto kann man nahe gelegene Atraktionen wie Musician Park, Miniture Land, Dendrological Park schnell erreichen.

Cons:

Badezimmer:
- Abfluss Dusche war sehr langsam, Duschkopf extrem simpel wenn oben in Halterung kam der Strahl nicht auf ganzen Körper.
- Toilettenpapierhalter total verrosted durch tropfenden Seifenspender.
- Kein Shampoo, aber Duschgel in leicht defektem Spender, Flüssigseife und Zahnbürsten.
- Kosmetikspiegel gab es mal, aber nur Reste vom Halter vorhanden.
- Lüfter funktioniert nicht und kein Fenster.

Zimmer:
- nur eine Nachttischlampe und die war defekt. Nach Reklamation wurde sie in empfang genommen aber wir bekamen keine neue.
- Zimmer wurde nicht regelmäßig gereinigt (neue Handtücher, Mülleimer im Bad mit Toilettenpapier erst nach 2 Tagen gelehrt nachdem wir uns an der Rezeption beklagt hatten. Danach wurde noch ein zweitesmal vergessen uns neue Handtücher zu geben.)
- Ich hatte Monate vorher mit dem Hotel kommuniziert (war sehr kompliziert da sie erst gar nicht verstanden und nachdem eine russische Freundin mir geholfen hat antworteten sie nach langem Warten(glaue es waren 4 Wochen) dass wir 2 einzelne Betten bekommen könnten. Das war dann aber bei Abreise, bei voll ausgebucht Hotel, doch nicht so.

Preis Leistung:
- Das Hotel war unserer Meinung nach nicht wirklich 3 Sterne und es gibt sicher entweder bessere Optionen für den Preis in Ureki oder billigere Optionen mit dem was uns geboten wurde. Die Hohe Bookingcom Bewertung (9.3 zur Zeit unseres buchens) hat mich erstaunt und enttäuscht.

nice staff, ready to help. You can take sunbeds and beach towels for free at the hotel. Good food right at the hotel, there is a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lunch and dinner are extra, but quite inexpensive compared to cafes.
