Great, affordable place to stay in Telavi. Will stay here again if we return.
Pros:

The property was even nicer than my wife and I expected. Staff were very nice and friendly. Mountain views from third floor and terraces were great! Breakfast spread was very good (for additional cost). Very affordable for how good our stay was. Highly recommend.

Cons:

20 minute walk from town center, or 5 minute drive. Not actually a problem. Just be aware of the uphill walk if that is a problem for you. We had a car, and still chose to walk through town.

Pros:

Reasonable location to the local attractions. Parking was available. Clean room.

Cons:

Not much by way of a welcome. Thought the breakfast was expensive compared with other places we've stayed. Small room.

Pros:

Очень вежливый персонал, все подробно рассказали, позволили выбрать номер, в подарок подарили маленький графин вина. Территория и общая зона очень уютные, в номере есть все необходимое, очень чисто, удобные кровати, розетки с 2 сторон кровати (обычно, это редкость).

Cons:

Была проблема с переключением воды, то есть вода шла либо очень горячая, либо очень холодная + нагревалась минут 20. Однако, общее впечатление это не испортило, просто сборы заняли больше времени.

Pros:

I think this is the best place we stayed at in Georgia. Comfortable rooms and shower, friendly owners and easy communication through whatsapp, complimentary wine, lovely to hangout at the roof terrace.

Cons:

Bit of a walk from town but we were aware of that, not an issue for us.
