Pros:

Nothing. They dont know how Booking site works. I reserved a room and reported my arrival at 00:00. The reservation was confirmed!
When I arrived the place was closed and seems like its closed forever. Our taxi driver called the number on the entrance door, and the representative answered and said she knew about our reservation but couldnt give us a room because of some repairs. Nice surprise for the night.

Cons:

Ничего хорошего! Они не понимают как пользоваться платформой Booking. Мы забранировали номер и заявили о приезде к 00:00, и получили подтверждение что нас примут. Мы приехали и с виду как будто гостиницу давным давно закрыли напрочь. Наш ткасист позвонил по номеру на входе и отватила женщина, и говорит что она знала про наш заказ но не может пустить из за какого то ремонта. Хороший сюрприз наночь.

Nice stuff but horrible place
Pros:

The location is close to a subway station

Cons:

This hotel is an extension of a car service. My room was above the service. You can imagine the smell and 24/7 noise.
The room has a horrible sigarets smell like someone smoking there every day. I even can’t use a pillow because of smell.
