I stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed experience overall. On the positive side, the hotel was very clean and the rooms were surprisingly spacious, which made the stay comfortable. The reception staff were kind, helpful, and able to communicate well in English, which I really appreciated.

The hotel is also perfectly located in the heart of the old town, with everything within walking distance, which made exploring the area very convenient.

Cons:

Communication with the staff in the breakfast area and the roof restaurant was very difficult, as none of them spoke English. This made even simple requests quite frustrating. Additionally, the breakfast quality was disappointing — the food was consistently cold, even though it was stored in thermoses. We usually arrived right at opening time (8:00 AM), so this was quite surprising. To make matters worse, there was no butter available during breakfast for the last two days of our stay.

Bom hotel mesmo no centro
Pros:

A localização é ótima, já que fica mesmo no centro de Kutaisi. Perto de tudo. Os quartos são muito razoáveis, bem equipados e limpos. Apesar de estar mesmo no centro o alojamento é sossegado. O bar no terraço é uma mais valia. Os funcionários estiveram bem. As garrafas de aguas disponibilizadas foram muito apreciadas.

Cons:

O pequeno almoço podia ser melhor considerando o preço.

Good location, poor service
Pros:

The hotel is located in the city centre, within walking distance, with an entrance from the main street. The Wi Fi worked well, the standard was fine, the bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The biggest downside was the service. The person at reception seemed bored and annoyed that my questions and requests were taking up his time. In the morning, he was simply sleeping on the couch next to the reception desk, and he gave me incorrect information about the breakfast time. By telling me it started later, I missed breakfast before my departure. When I arrived, I was given my room earlier, which I appreciated, but it smelled strongly of cigarettes, so I asked to change it.

Hotel jak na 4* w średnim stanie i standardzie. Lokalizacja i śniadania ratują tylko tą cenę. Obsługa trochę bez życia.
