Pros:

Beautiful view of the lake, large rooms, large balcony.

Cons:

This hotel does not live up to 5-star standards in terms of service and quality.

The breakfast is terrible: it's the exact same thing every day, the selection is very limited, and the food quality and taste are extremely low. The staff aren't the friendliest either. Management, please visit an actual 5-star hotel to see what a proper breakfast looks like.

Housekeeping barely does anything. They just pop in to replace the water, take out the trash, and leave. In 9 days, they didn't change the bed linen even once. Not to mention, they enter the room without asking. While I was in the shower, the cleaner walked right in; when I came out, I noticed she'd been there—just replaced the water and emptied the trash as usual, nothing else. What if I had walked out of the shower naked?

The bathroom sink is set way too low, as if it were designed for children. The mirror is below head level, and I'm not even tall. The lighting is positioned behind you, so you can't even see your reflection properly. I have no idea who designed this.

As for the studio with a kitchen—there are no cooking utensils at all. Apparently, they expect guests to fly in with their own frying pan.

В качестве 1-2 недельного отдыха, место вполне достойное, но машина необходима!
Pros:

Русско-язычная девушка на ресепшене. Место красивое, но нет выхода к воде. Номер относительно большой, красивый вид, но в туалете присутствует запах, в районе кухонного уголка, так-же гнилой запах из под ковролина.
В целом впечатления хорошие. Наверное приедем следующим летом. Life hack- завтрак лучше не брать, а арендовать автомобиль обязательно! Localrent tbilisi

אהבנו מאוד את הניקיון, הסדר והאווירה הנעימה במלון. הצוות היה מקצועי, אדיב ותמיד דאג שנהיה מרוצים. במיוחד נרצה לציין את תמרי, שהייתה מקסימה ודאגה לנו לאורך כל השהייה. היא תמיד התעניינה אם אנחנו נהנים ואם אנחנו צריכים משהו, ועשתה הכול כדי שנרגיש בנוח ושנשאר מרוצים. תודה רבה על השירות הנהדר! ❤

הבריכה נמצאת במרחק קצר מהמלון ולא ממש מתחת לחדרים. יש צורך להשתמש בשאטל של המלון כדי להגיע אליה. הנסיעה קצרה מאוד (כדקה), אך היה נוח יותר אם הבריכה הייתה צמודה למלון עצמו.

בנוסף, ארוחת הבוקר הייתה פחות לטעמנו. המבחר לא היה מספיק מגוון עבורנו, ובפועל נהנינו בעיקר מהקורנפלקס, בעוד ששאר האפשרויות היו פחות מתאימות לנו

What did you like about the property?

My room had a beautiful seaside view with a balcony, and I spent a lot of time enjoying the stunning views of Tbilisi from there. The hotel was generally very quiet and peaceful, making it a great place to relax. I had lunch at the restaurant, and the food was excellent. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to fully explore all the hotel’s facilities, which I wish I had.

The reception team was very helpful and welcoming, although I can’t remember their names after all the wonderful and overwhelming memories I made in Georgia. I would definitely come back and stay here again, hopefully for a longer visit to enjoy the property even more.

What didn’t you like about the property?

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike about the property. The only minor inconvenience was the waiting time for the elevators, especially during busy hours. Other than that, my stay was excellent.

This is a must-visit hotel in Georgia, and I believe most guests will have a wonderful experience here. You won’t be disappointed.
