Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel wasn’t very good. Most things felt old and not well maintained, and overall the stay did not meet my expectations. However, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, which was the only positive part of my stay.

Bad to worst
Pros:

Worst experience ever. Save your hard-earned money and do not book.
The hotel arbitrarily changed the room category and then placed the blame on the customer. On top of this, the hotel wrongfully deducted money from my account — or Booking.com auto-debited the amount. I have clear proof of the transaction, yet no action has been taken.
Despite giving them sufficient time to review my case and providing all necessary evidence, my money has still not been refunded. Booking.com has been equally disappointing and appears to be siding with the hotel.
Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating and unpleasant experience.

Cons:

Nothing. People working are the worst in the industry by far. And food too.

Surrounding park is always full of police. I was searfched few times, when walking around.
