Great location and exceptionally kind staff, but the initial room quality was poor and needs careful checking upon arriv
Pros:

Hotel Okriba in Kutaisi is conveniently located right at the bus station, making public transport access to the city center and surrounding areas very easy. The front desk staff are exceptionally kind and helpful, and special thanks go to Nadja who provided free coffees and gave great suggestions for local restaurants and nearby locations to discover. After I complained about my initial room, Nadja quickly moved me to another room that was much better.

Cons:

Keep in mind that they only accept cash, as they do not take card or online payments, and the surrounding area can be quite noisy. The hotel quality leaves a lot to be desired, and I honestly do not know how this hotel received a 3-star rating. My initial room did not meet basic quality standards: the covers were full of fungus, the shower wasn't working properly, leftover soap from the previous guest was still there, there were no hangers in the room, and there was a strong drainage smell in the toilet. Overall, do not expect too much from the hotel given the price, and one important suggestion: inspect your room carefully right after checking in and notify the front office staff immediately if anything is wrong.

Value budget, good location for the bus.
Pros:

Great location right next to the bus station. A short walk to the main road to get a local bus into town, not far Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable bed, good bathroom. Good value for money.

Cons:

The only complaint is that the sheet on the mattress was too small - it didnt tuck in which meant it moved all night and tangled around me and was really annoying. Still, for the price and location I would stay again.

Pros:

La ubicación junto a la estación de autobuses.... PERO NO COMPENSA!!!!

Cons:

Había moho en las paredes, las toallas estaban sucias, no había agua caliente y la ducha estaba rota , la habitación llena de mosquitos que nos devoraron, cucharachas..... MUY MAL
Nunca puntuó si no es para decir algo positivo, pero esque no entiendo que este sitio tenga buenas puntuaciones cuando otros las merecen tanto!!!

Cons:

Condizionatore rotto. Il ragazzo alla reception non ha voluto fare la fattura. In più ogni volta se ne andava in stanza a fare non so cosa e faceva aspettare fuori alla sua stanza fino a che non te ne andavi da solo capendo che non sarebbe più uscito. Stanza sporche che puzzano di fumo e crepe ovunque. Ascensore con musica a palla e luce che singhiozzava

Achtung, KEIN WASSER + Preiserhöhung nach der Buchung!

Preis wurde erhöht einfach so um 10% nachdem ich gebucht hatte hab ich eine Email bekommen, dass der Preis erhöht wurde, klar "nur 10%" und somit auch "nur" um ca. 1€, aber sowas macht man nicht, vor allem ohne eine Stornieroption bereitzustellen bei so einem Geschäftsgebaren!

Wasser funktionierte den Ganzen Morgen nicht!!! Mitarbeiternn meinte nachdem ich nach einer Halben Stunde mich freundlich beschwert habe, ja Tanks müssen sich füllen dauert 5-10 Minuten, Nach 30!! Minuten kam ich raus erneut, weil das Wasser immer noch ging, da wurde quasi nur mit den Schultern gezuckt, vor allem in der Etage unten drunter ging das Wasser, was die da für ein System haben will ich gar nicht wissen. Es wurde auch nicht Angeboten meine Wasserflasche Aufzufüllen, damit ich z.b. Trinken kann oder meine Zähne putzen!

Pros:

Wracam tu już drugi raz i pewnie wróciłbym i trzeci. Schludny pokoik w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji ponieważ blisko stacji marszrutek. Całodobowa recepcja, panie bardzo miłe i pomocne, a pokój czysty. Teoretycznie pokój trzy osobowy, ale moim zdaniem spokojnie zmieszczą się i 6 osób ponieważ łóżka były szerokie (tak na 1,5 osoby :D). Mogę polecić zwłaszcza za tą cenę.

Pratique, économique et sympathique.
Pros:

Emplacement très pratique à deux pas la gare routière. Grande chambre climatisée, balcon, TV, salle de bain, ascenceur, café et eau fraîche à disposition, accueil sympathique en anglais et bonnes informations.

Cons:

L'entrée discrète au fond d'un garage de minibus.

Cons:

Despite smoking not allowed, my room smelled like a cigarette. After checking out I was sitting in the hall, realized in other rooms people are smoking too. Please stop this in the hotel, otherwise I could give higher points.
